Said that they were open, however they were closed lol. I could clearly see the staff in there sitting on the counter with all of the lobby lights off, nothing else screams closed quite like that.. There’s nothing to review. I have no words

Tight parking lot. Would have been a better experience but I was going fast and had to drastically slow down, had cars honk at me because of it

Disgusting ! Don’t buy from here , who knows how they cook their stuff. Bought food at 3 pm , it’s currently 9:23 in the night and the stomach pain/ cramps havent gone away… I’ve ate jacks before & NEVER had this happen to me . All I got were chicken nuggets , nothing else . can’t imagine how nasty their stuff is for this to be happening . Seriously I think I got food poisoning from that , crazy !

The drive thru keeps getting my order wrong. They don’t confirm the order and when I paid cash last, they took money, no receipt and was charged over $10 for two tacos and a fajita.

my wife attempted to use the restroom after we ordered. the women was very dissmissive, and aggressive. she asked if she could get the key, the women asked if it was occupied then and locked it. the people who work there are not kind, id avoid this place if you can
ALWAYS SLOW! I don't understand it...line, no line, morning, afternoon, or evening, they are not ever motivated to move things along. I started going INSIDE 7-11 nearby on my way to work (both day shift and evening) because it's faster than THIS Jack in the Box!
They need to take lessons from the one in Anaheim, CA at: 1101 Magnolia Ave. I'm NEVER disappointed! They are quick, professional, polite, and kind! Did I say QUICK?🏆👍🏆💝
Went for only 1 chicken sandwich around 4:45 this morning. It took 10 minutes to receive my order. It took 3 minutes for him to notice me at the drive through. When I got my food it was not done well. It was cold and undercooked.
