Went for only 1 chicken sandwich around 4:45 this morning. It took 10 minutes to receive my order. It took 3 minutes for him to notice me at the drive through. When I got my food it was not done well. It was cold and undercooked.
Seems like every time I go in there there's a guy named Pablo he is always rude and he needs to be retrained obviously he doesn't like what he does so he's always in a bad mood he needs to get a different job if he doesn't like doing with customers I hope management deals with him

It's always something with this one. First they never gave me my fries that I paid for. Then they never gave me sauces that I asked for. Now I'm missing tacos that I paid for and the Hispanic lady never gave me my change back. They should be more aware I understand that they get busy but it's ridiculous at this point. Do better jack in the box.

I bought 8 chiquen nogues and they were smaller than normal, really, those little pieces of chicken are a shame
Absolutely outrageous service, This morning, we went through the drive-thru for breakfast and paid for 5 servings of ranch dressing but were only given 2. When we pointed out that we needed 3 more, the lady at the window grudgingly tossed them out, and they fell to the ground. She then demanded, “that will be $1.” We had already paid for them! Despite this, we handed over another dollar and asked for creamer for our coffee. At this point, the lady turned around, put her hands on her hips, and blatantly ignored us while chatting with her teammates. After waiting and honking the horn multiple times, another person finally came to the window and gave us our creamer. This was the rudest and most discriminatory service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve been loyal customers since the 1970s, but we will not be returning.

Just got home, I asked for "NO ICE" on my drink & literally had a ton of ICE. I took it off & my drink was half full. I also asked for Secret Sauce & was given GOOD GOOD SAUCE. The cashier is DEAF?!? maybe I need to bring 1 of this ? next time.?? Very disappointing & what's with the MunchieMeal prices gone up significantly from $6, $8, $10, $11 & now it's $12 robbing people.

Dry burger patties, overcooked/stale fries, doesn't get orders right, all tables inside resteraunt dirty and no A/C inside resteraunt either. Woman who had to correct our order had fake nails on, wearing no gloves and grabbing fries with her bare hands ?
