Three times ive gotten regular coke instead of the diet I ordered just in the past two weeks. Had to dump it out and eat without a drink. Tonight I got exactly ten French fried in my order. Ten. I counted. Four were not even an inch. No I did not eat any on my way home. Im done with this place. Service is so slow also. 20 mins in a drive thru is ridiculous.

Who ever is that MAN they got working the drive through with the fake nails on
tonight December 18 at about 10pm has to work on his attitude and that terrible (mad for nothing) face. Not friendly at all, rude, and gives you dirty looks. Brother why you so mad before Christmas?
If he doesn’t like his job he should look for another one.

I was in the drive-thru since my friends wanted to get some food around midnight and the attendant had the best customer service skills and patience with us. Food was also ready pretty quickly.

They got my order wrong had to correct it with the person at the window, even though there's no one in the drive through and inside. The workers are in there just rambling on about there lives not working. Rookie service as if they got no training and are simply tryna get there day of work done. I only ordered 2 things and they got both things wrong... Dont go to this jack just choose another near by or a whole different place, I strongly suggest

Check your orders when they give you your food before leaving.
We went through the drive thru and ordered two items for breakfast. They got both items wrong, not even remotely close to what we ordered. Wished we opened up each order to check but we were in a hurry. One we got the supreme sourdough, got the supreme croissant. Our platter was missing the bacon.
They ask you to check that your order is right on the screen when you order, but I guess they don't have their employees check them when they're making its.
Never coming back. Horrible service and experience. Avoid this place and go somewhere else for your quick needs

These guys take ridiculously long.. I came here for my lunch with only one car in front of me in line and they took so long I can't even eat my food it's going to have to just sit in my car until I get out of work.. thank you for that.. get some better employees please. Because they cry that they can't make living wages but they also can't do their job right so why pay them more
