Ordered through the app and wasn’t satisfied with the take out the employees gave me. Fries were cold, tacos were stale, the sodas they gave me tasted like your employees don’t ever clean the fountain soda machine and lastly I ordered mini pancakes and got French toast sticks instead. Place is Tiny. I usually do not eat inside of jack in the box just because there's usually bums and crackheads roaming around but this one did not have any so it was nice for a change to sit in and eat comfortably.

Please tell me why I ordered a 3 piece eggroll and they're still frozen??? Also I didn't like the fact that the little boy working the drive through refused to let me enter my own pin number when I've never had this problem before. So you're allowing card skimming and serving raw uncooked still frozen food? Great customer service Jack A$$ in the Box!! Good luck staying in business if this is how you plan to run your establishment.

Not happy with this location, it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order, there was no one in line. The food once I received it was not warm, it was stale, it seem I got food that was just sitting there. The place was not too clean. Very disappointed!

i dont know if its a corporate thing or a manager thing where this place automaticly charge you for medium when you ask for regular? keep in mind regular price should be the small! now today they did that i asked twice for regular still charged me extra then took my drink gave me the small, small fries but stillcharged me extra...the girl thought she was slik on not giving me my reciept, when i asked for it i got attitude,then when i pointed out how i felt robbed and showes her overpricing me there was no responce so....terrible place to eat over all!

Depending on who is the cook? On the day you go, it's a hitin miss. Some cooks make good food. Other cooks are pretty poor in making food. It's neither cold or it's missing what you asked for.
Parking: It is a small parking lot.Not very many spaces to park especially when employees take up the spots. But there is Plenty of street parking

For the food taste, I believe jackbox has the best tast. For coffee, I think Macdonld is the best. For service, occasionally, I order bacon & sausage ( jump plater(at woodman & victory) I get only one item( only bacon no sausage vice versa). Other than this problem, I give high score on JackBox. BTW, now on I always check my container before I leave the driveway or the lobby.
The persons attending the drive through were very polite and took their time to double check the order. Something I appreciate very much that they are not rude or rushing to get you out of the way.
The lady taking the order wasn't listening, and when she did respond she had an attitude and the order was incomplete. I work in customer service, and when you take an order, you need to actually listen when the customer is talking and repeat their order back. ?♀️ She didn't offer to fix it, either, by adding the item she missed. Please do better!

Very poor customer services Rude manager. On April 19th 2024 at 3:52 PM.. We went through drive thru to order food. We ask for jumbo jack with cheese and two tacos no sauce.. Then we asked for 5 pcs It chicken strips and 3 pcs jalapeño pops. Ask for small popcorn chicken small size. Got coke and sweet tea medium.. went we got the order we was checking the order. the jumbo jack and jalapeño pops was missing.So we told the guy in drive thru. He asked for the extra chicken strips .Then he gave us bag with the jumbo jack and jalapeño pops that they forgot to give us . I feel like that’s not cool to ask for the chicken strips back after we touch it. I Never heard of that before usually a restaurant would say go ahead and keep it because you touched it so I guess is that OK to do that? I don’t think so. Then my daughter- in-law calls this location and talks to this lady manager. She was very ghetto on the phone. Didn’t carry her self like a manager. You don’t talk to customers like you are in the street. You show respect and carry yourself better. Maybe she got the wrong job. You act like a leader and make your restaurant a place people want to eat at. Don’t call customer KAREN!! Because they speak up..SOLVE THE MATTER.. So we spend money deserves good customer service !!!

Drive thru service was terrible, I ordered a breakfast jack and she didn't ask me which 1 I wanted and I get to the window and she gives me ham and I said u didn't ask me which 1 I wanted and after giving her a coupon she's going to tell me that with the coupon it comes w/ ham and you didn't even know I had a coupon until I got to the when, she was argumentative and wanted to charge me more for a different meat, the coupon does not specify that I have to get ham, I never had this problem before, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS JACK IN A BOX, THE DRIVE THRU IS RUDE and this not my 1st time here I've been 1 other time, this tine just put the topping on this review.
