The tacos here are always good. This negative review is for the 35mins I had to wait in line with the other 5 cars today. These guys had no sense of urgency. Never had to wait so long for 2 tacos ever!

Never ever had bad experience with JIB, regardless of location!! I don’t know what it is, but I’ve been a customer since it was a clown speaker as a kid early 1970’s & will continue to enjoy the many different varieties on menu, oh & the ANYTIME breakfast alone deserves 5 stars!!!
Walked in having a bad day wanting some food was greeted by Ricardo and he instantly uplifted me I’ve never received this type of service anywhere nor have I felt obligated to write a review but for this I had to. I would definitely recommend this jack and the box to anyone for this reason I look forward to coming back.

Very nice person taking the order in the drive-thru at the Jack-in-the-Box on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. She was also very nice when taking my payment. I wish I had notated her name because it's unusual to get such great service when buying fast food. The food was fresh and tasty too.
