Really bad attitude from the staff at the drive thru cashier named Cesar or ceaser had a really bad a attitude am not asking for free food I’m paying for a good service and if they don’t like the job they should look to work in something that doesn’t requiere talking to people
The staff act like they pay for the condiments and limit to one. Took 10 minutes to take may order in the driveway through as I sat waiting. The homeless are always begging while in the drive-through. It's really bad. I'll never go there again.

I've been in a lot of Jack's and tbh this one never haves anything of good stuff like they always running out of products and drinks so there's always just half of the menu to chose so I'll rater eat at the gas station instead of here

Its very different whats in the picture menu, they look big in the picture menu until receiving them in actual hands. Burgers became smaller to the point that i should have ordered kids meal instead. for 2 combos that almost $30 they cant even give free sauces anymore. Jack in the box quality has gotten very worst over the years. I should have gone to in and out instead. Will not ever buy junk in the box again.
