I’m being generous by putting one star. I only went in for 2 items and they spent more than 25+ minutes to make. There was only one person in front of us so I was confused as to why there was a delay. My drink was watered down and my treat was burned. I’ve been to this location prior and have had great experiences but the ladies working the morning shift today (feb 2nd) really left me disappointed with the establishment.

Young lady at register was great, super chill and pleasant and then there was little miss stink weed with pony tails who gave me the utterly annoyed face because I asked her to squeeze my lemon wedge into thr lemon ginger shot I ordered. I'm pretty sure that's her job, customer service. Aside from her the place is great.

I visit this location quite often, this morning I placed an order for pick up an upon arrival I noticed the location was closed. Another woman arrived shortly after and asked if they were closed. I explained the light are off and the door is locked. She proceeded to look online and said there hours day they open at 7am. I agreed and explained I come early quite often and they are normally open. I left and then left feed back on their website concerning my experience. At my lunch time I reached out to the store because I had placed an order online and wanted to know about my refund. When I called I asked for a supervisor and explained the circumstances. The young lady told me it was an issue they were aware of my inquiry but I was corporate fault and they'll refund me in 3-5 days. No apology provided no accountability taken just a rude young lady that was snarky and unprofessional. When I asked of the general manager can return my call, she again told me it was corporate fault and she was aware. Instead of just taking down my information and forward it to the correct party. When I attempted to try and explain telling a customer "like I said was unprofessional" she continued with the same behavior! I asked her name and she proudly replied Mia. Apparently this is acceptable behavior.

I've got to give a standing ovation to the one and only Juice-ista extraordinaire, Jada, at the Torrance Jamba Juice! Seriously, this place is like my customized smoothie paradise, and Jada is the mastermind behind it all. I mean, I practically turn their menu into my own personal remix album with all my modifications, and Jada never misses a beat!It's like she's got a sixth sense for my taste buds or something. No matter how wild or wacky my requests get, Jada just smiles and works her magic, whipping up my drink exactly the way I want it. I'm half expecting her to put on a magician's hat and pull a blender out of it at this point!Jada, you're the smoothie wizard of Torrance, and I bow down to your skills. Thanks for making sure my visits are always a blend of happiness and deliciousness. You rock, and so does my custom drink, thanks to you! ??

This review is solely on the customer service here because the drinks here are always so good. I've been here a couple times where the staff are just not personable or friendly and barely speak to you. Today I came in and I was the only one. A young lady came from the back and didn't say hello or even speak a word to me, just walked up to cash register and stared at me, so I stared back for a sec waiting to see if she would speak, and nope she didn't. So I placed my order and she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. She then walked away to start making my drinks and turned her head and said "you can get the receipt" meaning I can get it myself. She asked if I wanted a cup holder and I said no. She finished making my drinks and just put them on the counter and walked away, still no words. The name on my receipt said Mia but not entirely sure that's her as I didn't catch her name or if she had a name tag. Not sure why is it so hard to be the slightest bit personable in a customer facing job?

I gave it a 3 star ? the service was ok it was 6 pm, and the employee was rushing to clean up. I almost forgot to charge me, and I said to get my own recipe and to get my drink, no eye contact, no greet. I don't think I'll be coming back

The girls are incredibly helpful was looking to buy wheat grass shots and was informed they have a bundle pack which is wonderful I drink them everyday!! Saved me so much!!

Let's just say I will never come back to this location again! The customer service here is TERRIBLE!!! Especially their one employee I believe her name was Jada! She was just so nasty and so rude! I mean I get not wanting to be at work but that doesn't mean you put your attitude on to the next person who just wanted to get a smoothie. I highly recommend y'all give trainings on customer service and how to talk to people the correct way! Whelp lemme me just go to Robeks and grab me a smoothie with great customer service

I’ve been going to Jamba Juice for years, but today I dealt with a very impatient and arrogant staff member. She is not good with customers. Others noticed as well. She might have been the manger on duty but was certainly unprofessional.

I walked in quickly to grab a large Caribbean passion. No line. No wait. I received my smoothie very quickly. The cashier asked if I had my rewards app and handled my transaction seamlessly. Highly recommended.

No stars! This locations hours were listed wrong and tried calling but was hung up on and only to drive all the way there after being released from Torrance memorial, change ur hours, it's the least u can do if u don't wanna answer to ur loyal customers! Back to Carson I go!
