I came in around 1:15...they were incredibly busy. Waited 10mins... took of to run an errand returned 15mins later, waited another 10mins with 3 other guest and still the person in front of everyone hadnt been help. This area has a lot of shops and its usually busy. Management should employ more team members... i didnt even get food because of how slow service was. Avoid this JM or wait all of ur meal break for nothing.

The older woman with glasses kept touching her face with her hand and would proceed to make sandwiches. Walked out and didn’t even order. So gross I’m sorry

I ordered through the Jersey Mikes app a Portabella Cheese Steak and did not get any steak. Waste of money. Went straight to the trash.

Just had lunch with some co workers. The man who i assume to be the manager. Big white guy, very rude to his employees. Not sure what happened to the other young boy but he was always sweet. Not dining in here again. Treat your employees nicely!!!!! Absolutely deplorable

Manager Melissa was extremely helpful. I had to call to change my catering order that I messed up on. She was polite and took her time to explain to me that what I can do is place an order online and she will add it to my doordash order. Melissa went above and beyond and made sure I got my order correct, and had the necessary condiments.

Ordered online on Mike's website at 2:08 pm to be ready at 2:23. Arrived at 2:35 thinking I'll pick up and go. They hadn't even started making my mini club sandwich. Wasn't ready til 2:48. Wish I could take my tip back.

If I could give this location an extra five stars, I absolutely would! Each visit here has been exceptional— the food quality consistently surpasses all expectations. They put way less meat than other locations. 7 slices of turkey on my giant #7. Unacceptable

This is your average jersey mikes, good food, good service! The location/traffic is a little difficult to park because of the proximity to other restaurants.
