This store has such bad customer service. I walk in there are no other cutomers, wait 5 min for someone in the back to come out. Once the girl does come out she doesn't even acknowledge me but starts working instead on online orders. Im sorry but im not waiting for u to finish 3 or 4 peoples online orders before u even look at me or take my order. I walked out. If u want fast friendly service go to the other restaurants close by. If you are in a rush, dont come here. They will always prioritize online orders than an in store customer.

I mistakenly ordered online to this location. I called and explained how I was at another location and I wanted to cancel my order. The woman told me the sandwiches were already made and I could just come pick them up. I told her I was 30 mins away and already at another location. There was no resolution response from the employee. All I wanted was to cancel my order. Instead at seven months pregnant I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way from the Jersey Mike’s that I was at where I re-purchased the same order so I don’t lose money. When I asked to cancel, it should’ve just been a quick, no problem sorry for the inconvenience that’s it but unfortunately it wasn’t. The employees at the Jersey Mike’s that I was at explained to me that they could cancel my order, even if the sandwiches were already made, but they were just choosing not.
