The Gluten Free roll was STALE.I eat a lot of gluten-free, and I know the brand of roll that was used - Udi rolls. And the roll my sandwich was made on was dry and nasty tasting - it was not fresh. For the price of these sandwiches we should be able to get fresh rolls when we order gluten-free.

The time is now 7:54 and we waited literally 3 minutes while the associates talked among themselves and did not greet us once. Didn't even acknowledge we walked into the establishment Idk if they didn't like black people or not but I don't understand why you would be afraid of a man a woman and a 4 year old child! I asked the guy if they were gonna take our order and left! Horrible customer service so I will not be back

This was my first time at this location and the customer service was awesome. Went during lunch time and the girl who took my order did not hesitate to let me know she was busy and would help me when she could and she did not take long time to take my order. She was quick on making my order and it took less than three minutes to get out the store. The consideration of the team to get customers out the store quick was very proficient, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Came here per usual to get my usual. Sat down and 10mins pass. Weird doesn't take that long to get a regular sandwich made. Brushed it off, then 2 guys that came in after me get their order first. So now I'm confused. They walk up and down questioning eachother what happened. Instead of just making a new order. No apology no explanation. lol isn't it weird to you that a guy is sitting for so long with no food. Gives me a free drink ok cool. Now I'm typing this message as another 8mins pass. Ask em what's going on lmao. The guy has the audacity to say "we're backed up". I get it I've worked in a fine dining restaurant for 7 years. Food goes missing shit happens. Didn't have high expectations for Jersey Mike's but cmon did you not learn that in training? You address the problem with the customer. And apologize. "Sorry we lost your order but we're working on it right now thank you for your patience". Not "We're Backed Up" ... man I'm Backed Up!!! Probably over reacting cause I got places to be. And if it was any other day where as I'm not in a rush fine. Kid is learning probably his first job idk but damn learn how to talk to people.

I got the Philly steak sandwich. It was fresh and delicious.
I lost half of my daughter’s birthday because they weren’t on time! My order was late and when I went for pick up, they just had started to make it. Don’t count on their timing AT ALL.

This was my first time at &jersey Mike's and my experience was top tier. I've never been a huge fan of Philly Cheesesteak but I had to try it. The staff was so friendly , welcoming, the establishment was very tidy and most importantly Drew hooked my Philly wrap UP! Big Kudos!!!! I will definitely be back.

Delicious sandwich, friendly staff, very accommodating on the requests I made. 1 small caveat: I ordered a roast beef sandwich online and they served me a turkey sandwich. Imagine ordering a steak in a restaurant and being served chicken. Still tasty, but just not what I asked for.

Good sandwiches but the owner is too cheap to install blinds to prevent the harsh afternoon sun from blinding the workers who work at the counter that faces large windows that face that sun head on while they try to serve customers. This makes it uncomfortable for the customers to sit in the restaurant to eat as well.
