This was the least favorite of any jersey mikes I’ve been to. The staff were unprofessional and very snippy when taking my order. I ordered my #8 sandwich I usually get and I asked for avocado it was all brown. When I said if they had any more that was fresh they said no which seemed unusual since it’s lunch hour about 11:30am Monday. I asked to change my bread because I didn’t want the brown spread of avocado and I was given a huge attitude. I feel as a customer we should be greeted with a smile. The workers should be cordial and polite they weren’t. It’s not anybody’s fault If you’re out of fresh ingredients it’s all about the customer service and this place just didn’t have it today. To the staff you could do better.

Terrible and rude employees. SELF CENTERED and unaccustomable. Tried to order 2 giant sandwiches which other Jersey Mike’s locations all accommodate to, however here the employee first refers to me as “man” not even sir or more politely, the assistant manager comes out Ashley and explains same details saying they are a different owned franchise. Stay AWAY! From this location and as well not to mention had to wait 15 minutes to just place an order with 1 person ahead of me. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. There is a Jersey Mike’s on Crenshaw in the crossroads plaza or a subway across the street on Lomita/Hawthorne.

This isn’t the first time the store had a large order and made customers wait but 15 minutes after you’ve been told we’ll be with you in a minute? Three employees were working on this order and instead of taking our order (there were 3 of us waiting) and getting us out of the store so they. could work on the large order they made us wait. This is the last time I’m going to this store and I’m going to encourage everyone I know to do the same.

Take-out was not ready on time. Philly cheesesteak was awful. Wrong size turkey sandwich was prepared, but did not charge extra for the bigger size.

I placed an online order on my app for 11:15. I arrived early and waited till 11.15 to go in. I went to the pick up area and one of the employees was asking me what I was waiting for. I explained I was waiting for my online order for Meagan. He then proceeded to tell me that someone already picked up my order, which made no sense to me and made me very confused as to how and why someone would do that. None of the workers apologized at all for what happened and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to remake my order. I was in my lunch break and only had 30 minutes for my break. On top of all of this, two out of the three sandwiches I ordered were made incorrectly. These sandwiches are costly to me and it's upsetting to me that the order was picked up by someone else, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be made again, and that two out of three sandwiches were made wrong. I love Jersey mikes and the subs as I'm a rewards member and a regular customer, but this just let me down. It was very busy and again, no workers apologized for what had happened.

They barely put any meat on the sandwiches in this location. 1 slice thick. Ridiculous
The least organized and most inconsistent Jersey Mikes I've ever been to. Online/app orders take 30+ minutes longer than the promised time. I have spent my whole lunch break waiting for my food, multiple times. The food never tastes the same. Do yourself a favor and choose another location

It shouldn’t take 20+minutes to get a sandwich. I thought it might be a one off thing but has now happen to me on several occasions recently. I have been going to this store for over two years on an average of 3 times a week. But at this point I’m going to start going to Boards and Brew down the street, due to the fact that management has seemed to give up. Sad day for Jersey Mikes.
Update: Gave location another chance, service was speedy but now it seems they are putting less meat on there sandwich. I brought up to staff and they said that’s how much they put in and if I want they can make it again but it’s going to be the same amount. Not sure if we are attempting to cut costs but there was a noticeable difference in the amount usually given.

So it has finally happened. This jersey mikes location is officially slicing the meats thinner while charging you more.

I never knew that making sandwiches was such a difficult task because they completely screwed up my order &: didn't even followed my request. U can clearly see it on the receipt but on the sandwich as u can see nothing on the sandwich !So disappointed, we will NEVER gonna go back to that location .
