I haven't been a fan in the past, however just popped in for a quick bite and Javier completely changed my mind. He recommended the Italian and suggested it be grilled and added chipotle mayo and banana peppers. This sandwich was probably the best I've ever had. Most definitely 10/10. Cruz made my husband #8 that he absolutely loved as well. Their personalities are so fun and inviting not to mention very professional. Thank you both for such great service. We will most definitely come back to this location in the future. You ALL rock. Christina, so thankful for our cookie.

Came in to pick up a couple subs and a tub that I ordered online. 4 people were working like a finely tuned machine as people started pouring in after my arrival. The employees greeted each person as they walked in, orders were taken and assembled in an expedited and organized fashion. The biggest thing I took notice was a sign in the back reminding everyone that Juan is watching the cameras. You should wave hello next time you're in, he sees all. Clean place, 10/10 would return.

It's hard to not call this place racist when I only get good service when their black employee (singular) is working. The fact that this location is adjacent to several doctor's offices, I would expect better customer service; yet here I am writing this review. Unfortunately, choices are limited by my workplace, but I might have to take Jersey Mike's off of my lunch options list.

I came here to support Jersey Mike's contribution to charity event. Upon walking in, all the team members were working as a well oiled machine making everyone's order. No one was just standing around, everyone was focused on their responsibilities. The menu is quite vast, but the sandwich numbers aren't in numerical order. Not a big deal, however I thought it was a bit strange. Although this place was busy, people dining in were respectful of the restaurant by cleaning up after themselves. It was a great sight to see. Even at that, people were polite and patient while waiting for their orders to be made. The freshly made sandwiches are so tasty. If you don't want a sandwich, it can be made into a wrap and even a wrap. That's some creativity. It was surprised to be thanked for making a donation, plus tipping the staff. It was a well deserved tip, but I wasn't expecting everyone working tonight to stop and thank me. The franchise owner should be very proud of the team working tonight, they were amazing!

I usually order delivery from this spot. Because the delivery app doesn't include all the options I like, I usually call to request the changes. They are beyond courteous and always do it right. Good food. Great staff.

I always get #56 big kahuna cheese steak - right off the bat you know it'll be bomb if the cheese is on the sandwich paper with toppings popping out-- and this spot did that! I haven't gotten a sub in a while because the last couple experiences weren't that great, but it was at the other jersey mikes in north Torrance The service at this spot was fast and friendly I ordered to go on the app like usual with curbside delivery and I didn't have to wait long at all Overall this particular location got my hopes up for Jersey mikes again - will be coming back soon

Ordered in the app online for delivery for lunch at work..... for the sandwich to be wrong! I was so sad but didn't have the heart to report it because the delivery person wasn't at fault and I didn't want him to get in trouble....he went above and beyond. I would say though maybe calling the store after your order is placed! Just to make sure it's correct.

So good that we went here twice in one week. I've had other jersey Mike locations that were just okay or were bad, but this one makes a solid sandwich that is hearty, fresh and delicious. Ordering from the app is easy and efficient. Food is made quickly. I tried the 9, 10, and California Club (13th Cold sandwich tho it doesn't have a number). The ingredients are fresh and I love the mikes way blend of red wine vinegar etc--definitely beats plain mayo and is a must for ordering your sandwich. As a pleasant surprise their tuna salad is very fresh unlike some competitors.

I just want to give this location props for handling the lunch rush today. The food here is ALWAYS good so never question that but customer service can make or break an experience. They really handled their business today, while a few people had to wait a long time for mobile orders I truly commend this staff for their professionalism. They moved quickly without being messy with the meals, offered drinks and things alike to apologize for the long wait and regularly checked with people and apologized. Honestly, I was very upset having to wait so long but they are in a high traffic area and it was lunchtime. They did awesome and always make a great sandwich!

Ordered a tuna sandwich there that I shared with my daughter. Only meal I had so no other food could be blamed. Within the hour both our stomachs started hurting and we both ended up violently vomiting out that sandwich- after it was all out we felt better. Clear case of food poisoning. I did notice only one employee was wearing a mask- can't say that was the reason for the food poisoning but I just think it reflects extra care and precautions for anyone handling food. Hope they improve quality control here.
