Wish I could give it 0 stars. They never have extra crispy and I waited an hour one time. Again yesterday no extra crispy and they were rude. Don't go! They need to shut this location down or get new owners.

I bought a bucket of KFC original recipe chicken. It had been about 25 years since I last had KFC. The chicken did not taste anything like it did years ago. It was not the same great taste that it once was. They changed something in how they make it and it wasn't for the better. I can buy fried chicken at my local grocery store deli that taste better and is cheaper. KFC original recipe chicken was very disappointing. I will never buy it again.

I decided to go to KFC for lunch about 130 today and I went through the drive-thru. I placed a order for two spicy wraps and four original legs and fries. I got to the drive-thru window, paid, given my drink and I was told by the drive through cashier to park over on the side so they could prepare my food. After I parked, I waited 20 minutes, still no "fast food". I had to go in the KFC and I looked at the staff and I waited. When I was helped I notified them that I still did not receive my order. The manager got involved, and he said he will go fix it now. I said, I don't even want it. I would like a refund. My worst experience ever at a "fast food" restaurant. I will go to Popeyes....
Incredibly $$$$ so the value of this good food is diminished.
Parking: The building is on a very busy stress, with the driveway entrance off Torrance Blvd. very close to the intersection.
