I bought a bucket of KFC original recipe chicken. It had been about 25 years since I last had KFC. The chicken did not taste anything like it did years ago. It was not the same great taste that it once was. They changed something in how they make it and it wasn't for the better. I can buy fried chicken at my local grocery store deli that taste better and is cheaper. KFC original recipe chicken was very disappointing. I will never buy it again.

I decided to go to KFC for lunch about 130 today and I went through the drive-thru. I placed a order for two spicy wraps and four original legs and fries. I got to the drive-thru window, paid, given my drink and I was told by the drive through cashier to park over on the side so they could prepare my food. After I parked, I waited 20 minutes, still no "fast food". I had to go in the KFC and I looked at the staff and I waited. When I was helped I notified them that I still did not receive my order. The manager got involved, and he said he will go fix it now. I said, I don't even want it. I would like a refund. My worst experience ever at a "fast food" restaurant. I will go to Popeyes....

Not the best service at register. Chicken sandwich was good, not great! I gave the atmosphere a 5 because I was there and I definitely cheered up the place!

Math is hard! I have never been impressed with this location. I just figured this was a "training" location. I really like KFC, but this location just can't get it together. Today, after trying to explain to the cashier that I wanted the #8 combo and having to point out that it includes two sides, not just one, he finally took my order and charged me almost $14. When I got home, sure enough, it had two sides! But it was supposed to come with 3 pieces of chicken, and it only had two. Like I said, math is hard.

I've never written a review before, but feel like i needed to. I've had bad experiences in the past with a few places, but this is by far the worst. The food took forever and their was nobody in line. Customer service was awful and the food was garbage. Wouldn't even feed it to my dog to be honest. I also ordered a chicken sandwich, when i opened it a bunch of little chicken nuggets feel out of the bun and it was old/dry. Hope i don't get food poisoning. Suprised how they are still open. Avoid this place if you can (Not worth it)

Terrible. The staff was only there to tender to the drive through folks. They had me wait about 10 mins and then I heard a "we'll be right with you" a gentleman waiting for his food said he'd been waiting 20 mins. I ended up walking away after 15 mins and still no attention.
