Well I wanted to give it a chance to buy my food at this restaurant after having read all the comments because I thought that none of that was going to happen to me, oh surprise with the staff being so rude, the woman who took my order laughed at me because I didn't know what the new sauce was called. Second, they gave me my order without cutlery, without napkins. The worst of all was that there were 4 people and none of them could give me what I needed. They only talked to each other until someone helped me and I wasn't the only one. Another customer was given bad sandwiches. The customer went to tell them that they were bad and they gave him a very rude and rude attitude. So I do not recommend this KFC, it is not worth it nor is the food all poorly prepared. DO NOT CONSUME HERE, THEY GIVE YOU YOUR FOOD WITH A RUDE ATTITUDE.WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT OF A RESTAURANT.

It was pretty good overall, but the chicken wasn't crispy, and the potato bowl that they're been advertising all around is super small and underwhelming. You should get a famous bowl instead of the smashed potato thing that they've been advertising.
Similar to someone who posted before, was charged twice after being told the credit card didn't go through. Monitor your credit card balance after coming here just in case. Food itself was ok. It was warm, I had a biscuit and the coleslaw which tasted fine, as well as the spicy chicken sandwich, which was alright. Standard fast food fare.

Just purchased food here and was charged full amount twice but they said my card got rejected. Call my online bank and they confirmed the charge, called KFC to let them know and they still refuse to give me the food that i paid for.

Service was good but Note to self don't come here again. They gave me some hair with my chicken. I've been here before and this has never happened idk how they didn't see the big thick hair when they added the chicken in the box it was the first thing I saw.
The food sucks, if they even have food which they usually don't have ready and tell you to wait 20 minutes, then it's dry and gross, the service sucks, the employees are generally rude, how does this place even stay open?

This location is the worst KFC ever:-( The older lady who took my order was not friendly and said they don't honor the Yelp check in at their store even though I showed her on my phone the 1 Free Large Fountain Drink for check in on Yelp for their KFC location. When I ordered, she said they were out of the original chicken but if I wanted to wait 10 minutes they would make them so that was okay with me thinking it would be fresh. When I received my order, the chicken was not crispy and had a dry rubbery texture. It was not Finger Lickin Good! The biscuits were hard and not very fluffy.

They don't make it like they used to. It's been years since I've had KFC, and today, I had a craving for their chicken tenders. The tenders I received were on the rubbery side and lukewarm. Maybe it was sitting for a while. French fries were actually good. Nice and crispy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were decent. Service was slow, even though I was the only customer at the time I ordered. At least give me fresh chicken. I think I waited about 12 minutes, Tenders should only take 7-8 minutes to fry. I expected juicy chicken. SO maybe I got the chicken that was out for a while. Lady did apologize for the wait.

The worst kfc ever !!! They messed up on my order like 3 times and I went back and they got mad at me because they thought I was lying like Ik what I ordered ! Plus when I asked for kfc sauce they said they had no more but they had a whole cabinet full of them like what ??? Cheapasses, never going back ! Don't recommend anyone going !

service sucks. waited 30min for 8 piece wings. wings. not 30 pieces of chicken. not 25 pieces of chicken. wings. she tired to give me a soda to compensate for wating. b----- should have givin the food for free. on top of that, bathroom looked like s----. looked like it has'nt been cleaned in years. you know the old saying "if the bathroom looks like s----, then the food taste like s----. you are better off eating somewhere else.
