I am extremely disappointed with today’s service. I went in with my daughter and ordered the five piece tender meal for $18. They said that they only had three tenders and offered to give two drumsticks to make five which I said okay to. When I got home and opened the box, I only got the two drumsticks, fries, biscuit, and mac n cheese. I have no idea where my three tenders went but me and my daughter’s dinner was completely ruined and went to sleep on an empty stomach. Never getting KFC again.

The service is horrible. The food comes out very slow. I always order ahead of time to help with the wait but today my food came out 20 minutes after the time the app stated it would and I was ignored for the first 10 minutes.

Ordered the honey siracha chicken sandwich but they didn’t have and gave me honey siracha chicken nuggets without telling me. Came back around and gave me a different chicken sandwich instead.
Chicken sandwich wasn’t as good as other places like Popeyes.

I was the only car in the drive thru, and less than 15 seconds after being handed my food was told to move along because customers are “on a timer” and that they will get a bad rating because of me. I drove away with my things scattered, only to find out when I got home that they got my order wrong.

This has to be once on of the best customer experiences ever. The worker was super nice and got my order correctly. Kindness goes a long way and these workers were really nice to me and they got my order quickly and efficiently without rushing me. It's nice to see workers who know how to treat their customers with kindness while simultaneously getting their order correctly and at a good pace.
