I’m a regular KFC customer and usually order online to enjoy my food at home. But today, I decided to visit the store and dine in — and it was a really good experience! The food was fresh and tasty as always, and the staff were friendly and quick with the service. The restaurant was clean and well-managed. Definitely happy I came in today!

Very sad so rude !! Loved KFC but service like this makes us want to go elsewhere...I wasn't even done walking through the door she already asked what I wanna order. Told her Not sure what I want just be a minute She stood there and stared in her face. Then after we ordered she didn't give us our dipping sauce we went back to get the dipping sauce and she told us we had to pay for it she never gave us any dipping sauce had To argue with her that she did not give it In order for us to finally get our dipping sauc

This store is absolutely lazy, unwelcoming, rude, sad and sorry. They prioritize their drive thru customers, (mobile,dine in, and delivery orders) in that order. No one acknowledges you when you walk in or standing at the register for 5 mins while they just keep walking past you like you’re invisible. No one seems like they wanna be there. There will be 3-4 parties waiting for their order to be taken. Doubt anything will change as the managers seem sub par. Follow the leader I guess….

Original Recipe always a go to. Love the coleslaw, biscuits, mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken tenders are starting to be a favorite. Will go here again.
