This store is absolutely lazy, unwelcoming, rude, sad and sorry. They prioritize their drive thru customers, (mobile,dine in, and delivery orders) in that order. No one acknowledges you when you walk in or standing at the register for 5 mins while they just keep walking past you like you’re invisible. No one seems like they wanna be there. There will be 3-4 parties waiting for their order to be taken. Doubt anything will change as the managers seem sub par. Follow the leader I guess….

The food caused me to vomit a few hours after eating it and i am now having abdominal pains. I should've kept my receipt! I will avoid this place from here on out.
The cooks need training as they are taking shortcuts that ruin the chicken! I got a 10 piece bucket of chicken pieces but as soon as I tried to pick up the extra crispy pieces the skins and batter fell off! This is because they don’t follow the training protocol! The chicken pieces need to be dried and left in the refrigerator for 2 hours before battering! The batter should be 50% Cornflour and be seasoned adequately! The Canola or Vegetable Oil should be at the right temperature, not overcrowded in the fryer and not overcooked. Then the chicken will turn out “ Finger licking good”!

I am extremely disappointed with today’s service. I went in with my daughter and ordered the five piece tender meal for $18. They said that they only had three tenders and offered to give two drumsticks to make five which I said okay to. When I got home and opened the box, I only got the two drumsticks, fries, biscuit, and mac n cheese. I have no idea where my three tenders went but me and my daughter’s dinner was completely ruined and went to sleep on an empty stomach. Never getting KFC again.
