The Caucasian large sweaty man placed my jalapeños in the same box with my chicken order. He, nor anyone wore NO GLOVES. I had to ask for a container for the wet jalapeños which made the chicken soggy in the box. He said he was saving "inventory" for the small containers.

I just went to the drive thru a few minutes ago and arrived home to unpack dinner for my family only to discover for a third time in row going to this location they have left something out again. This time it was a piece of chicken ordered seperately from a bucket. I waited patiently at the drive thru never rushing anyone and then drove up when notified to grab my order only to return home once again reminded why it has been months to go to this particular location. The go at the speaker even repeated the order back to me perfectly, so what is the issue. The last time I went after ordering two large sides of mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw, I came home with one full mashed potatoes and one third full container of mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a side of mac and cheese. The barely full container was honestly alarming, so we called and was told they had run out of mashed potatoes and so gave us the little bit they had left and gave us the mac and cheese. Now i dont mind the substitution at all but why not just inform me. Instead of giving me a suspicious side. I would just say this if you want to go insoect your meal before you go and dont trust they willget your order right.

I placed my order inside at the counter because I didn't know exactly what I wanted to order. As I walked in, I noticed that the dining room was very clean and brightly lit. Pollet took my order and was very concise and asked for clarification each step of the way to ensure accuracy, which I truly appreciate. I ordered an eight piece meal and though I waited 20 minutes to receive my order, when I arrived home about 7 minutes later, ALL of the food, including the biscuits, was piping hot and the chicken was cooked to perfection crispy! The mashed potatoes were fresh and creamy, the gravy was absolutely delicious not too salty at all. I thoroughly enjoyed eating my KFC meal on the night before Thanksgiving, I had enough to prepare to cook as it was! I give this KFC location two thumbs up around five stars! Yum!

Today, Monday 09/11/23Their soda soft drink machines were all out of the CO2 carbonation "gas" required for the sugar syrup and water to become drinkable soft drinks with carbonated fizz.The neglected to tell anyone and many customers were agitated and angry or at least disappointed and unsatisfied. The store manager I believe, blamed the counter service worker for not telling customers in advance. That was shifting the blame wrongly and a poor remedy.All they needed to do was create a simple paper sign that said "No Carbonated Beverages today" that would take less than 30 seconds and place it at the counter and drive through ordering window. Then people know in advance.They were pretty unapologetic about it to all, and continued to sell sodas without disclaiming the problem, probably creating bigger problems.It might have been done to circumvent losing drink revenue which is an extremely high ROI profit margin menu item.It felt at minimum, lazy, possibly careless and most certainly neglectful where there were immediate remedies to solve the problem from a customer service standpoint.

I had an exceptional experience at KFC, earning them a well-deserved 5-star rating. The delicious meal I savored left me thoroughly satisfied, reminding me once again why KFC is a go-to choice for comfort food. The courteous staff went out of their way to ensure my visit was enjoyable, making up for any minor shortcomings in professionalism. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere that made my time there even more enjoyable.
