Worst kfc ever. I don't know how this location is even allowed to operate. First, I had a bizarre experience when I went through the drive through with my sone - after ordering as I pulled closer to the drive through I saw a hand waive a stop motion to me from drive through window. I stopped, waited about 3 minutes, and was finally waived to pick up my food. I asked the girl what that was about and she looked at me funny and mumbled something about safety. Anyway, I should've taken the hint from the reviews and fact that I didn't see any customers inside or at the drive-thru, because the food tasted like it had been sitting around for 12 hours. Even though I paid over $20 because it was my son's first time ever trying KFC and I wanted to let him try all the food I used to love when I was little, I threw everything out. It was completely inedible. This was by far the worst take out meal I've ever had. By far the strangest drive thru experience ever too. Coincidence? I hope so.

We drove over to Jollibee and they still are out of spicy chicken and spicy chicken strips so we ended up at KFC. Got an order of chicken strips meal and a bucket of chicken with three sides. We got all dark meat. Now the chicken was a hit. Other than it being a little greasy soggy and not crispy skin it tasted super good. The fries were good the mashed potatoes and gravy was good and so is the macaroni and cheese, I was told the chicken strips are not as good as Jollibee. But the bucket of chicken was completely gone the next day so it was a hit.

My review is for The KFC at the following address 4525 Torrance Blvd Torrance, CA 90503 United States The KFC employee working the fast food pickup window was not friendly and was pushy. Overall she was just rude. She gave me attitude when I was just following the instructions from the person over the intercom. When I started to check my order, she said if you are going to check it, I need to backup, so I'm wasn't outside the window. No one was behind me but not even 20 seconds later she's staring out the window at me giving me a hateful look. All I was doing was getting food, no one deserves to be treated like that when picking up food

Nothing like driving all the way to KFC and the girl on speaker is rude and says "are you sure you want mashed potatoes? They will take 10 min". Then when you get to the window she hands you the bag and you ask if you are still waiting on mashed potatoes?" She answers " no everything is in there". Then when you get home you find she left out your sandwich. I tried to call and leave a message, no machine... just "please enter access code" The absolute worst. Guess I'm doordashing Canes.

Zero star location of this score was available. Staff are rude and disrespectful and the food is way over cooked and greasy. I know this location pays absolute zero attention to detail and care about retaking local customer base. Thai location has been here for years and I've given opportunities every few years with the same results. This is why I've decided to Yelp today about my review. Stay away and just goto the Vons directly across the street for a way better experience with everything offered.

The food is fine. Everything you expect from KFC. The place is clean too. The workers are very slow and unorganized. I waited over 30 mins for a 4 piece meal. There was not a line of cars in the drive thru. And only 2 others inside waiting and it took forever for them as well. It's not like were waiting for the chicken to be cooked so I am not sure why they were so slow.

Do not order from here. Placed an order A WEEK in advance. Went to pick it up and they said "shit that was for today?" Waited 45 minutes to get my food (2 16 piece meals -- nothing extraordinary). Go out to my care to make sure its right. No biscuits. So I go back in and say I am missing 16 biscuits. Girl is like "oh biscuits will be 10 minutes." Meanwhile I'm missing tha party this food is for. Im fuming mad.

I went vegan in 2012. In 2022 I started eating meat again. I came here in 2022 and got something. It was fast food and the wrong thing to get when you haven't eaten meat in a decade.Today, I decided to give it another try. I was craving the crispy chicken skin. It was hard to hear the person through the drive-through, but we figured it out. As I was driving up, she waved me to stop way before I got to the window (odd, right. I was tempted to drive away- intuition was in overdrive). Then after about 4 mins, she waved me up. I asked if there was any particular reason for waiting so far back. She was definitely taken aback that I asked and didn't believe her when she replied, "I was helping the cook to make sure it was ready by the time you came up. It's just me and him. No one wants to work. haha." It sounded like a lie to me because that makes zero sense. Then I was paranoid s/he spit or did something nasty to my food. She also didn't give me a receipt. I made a video of what I got and will keep an eye on my credit card charges. This person had fingernails for days, bumpy lip fillers, and hickeys all over her neck. I don't call managers these days as they are usually just as unprofessional. I dumped the food and soda in the trash. I shouldn't be eating crap food anyway.
Horrible food. Old dry no flavor chicken. It was nothing like the chicken I have been eating at KFC over my 71 years. No herbs and spices. No flavor. Dry and tasteless. It was like old chicken from a major grocery store deli. I will never eat there again. It will be Popeyes or Churches from now on. I spent almost $20 and I am feeling very screwed by KFC. Decided to stop and get a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap. They made me wait over six minutes and then forgot my drink and when I got home do you eat my chicken wrap? I got something that look like what you see in the photo I also didn't get a receipt, I wasn't sure so at eight this really just got lazy and tore a small piece off. I send a message to their email let's see what they respond with a pretty much I was taking for three or four dollars and I got what you see in the photos.

My service was HORRIBLE!! A girl by the name of Claire was the worst!! You need to focus on customer service and probably retrain your workers! I better see a change in service for me and others in the future or I will take this to a local paper and spread this virtually. Do better, this is unacceptable. Ordered something for my family member and after paying the employee told me I needed to back up behind the black window until my food was ready? Odd, I did so and then was flagged down I wasn't backed up enough? We then we called forward when our food was ready. So strange.
