I went in looking for facial moisturizer the other day and it was horrible. I was looking for a specific item but then I noticed it was not on sale but the Kiehl's worker grabbed the item and quickly went to the cashier to charge me. I wanted to take my time and look around. To make matters worse, there was a Vit. C serum that I really liked from them. I had the sample size at home and was curious how much the full bottle cost. I asked the worker and she responded "Too much". I had never had an experience like that before, never going back.

I wanted to complain about the costumer service I received when I ordered online. Firstly, I ordered 2 products, that were very common in the Kielhs Warehouse. Probably their most famous; 2 moisturizers. Even though it's holiday season, it's been around 15 days, my order hasn't arrived. Kiehls promised me that my order would arrive earlier, but, of course, it didn't. The worst part is that I called and complained, and she wouldn't offer me any benefits, and said my order would have arrived 2 days ago. I've already had this experience with them prior to this, when it wasn't the holiday season, and it's always like this. Don't believe what they say, because they aren't credible. They aren't true professionals in this business. A good ran business takes care of every costumer. If you are going to order from here, go to their store. Never order it online, because there is no concrete accomplishment of their promises.

I had a spontaneous consultation with Ann at the Del Amo location. She was very knowledgeable and had fabulous positive fun energy. I was very uncomfortable in my dry skin and Ann made a wonderful recommendation for a facial cream. Thank you Ann!

He is very knowledgeable about all of the products. He didn't rush me and was very patient with me and all of my questions. I will definitely be back for more skincare goodies. Thank you Fabian for making my first experience at Kiehl's comfortable and easy.
