We had 10pm pickup appointment, told my driver to go get trailer washed at night. Driver did prior to this pickup and asked to show dirty spots. Later they told him load was canceled. Carriers be careful of this place, might pull that on you if product is not ready or they are lazy to load you.

Was in the neighborhood late on a Saturday night....they close at 9pm....so gotta get here before then. It was remarkably a small crowd....I was glad because we got there about 30 minutes before closing....yeah!! I think the staff was already in "close" mode....the front door was uncovered.....took about 7 minutes to have a hostess approach us....strike one. The dining room had obviously been busy all day....papers and little trash all over the place...restrooms atrocious.....strike 2. However....everything was uphill from there. I love the King's Hawaiian bread!!! And, when you sit down, the service began pretty quickly...and they bring you a small basket of butter and those fabulous rolls!! I knew I'd eat them all and not have room for my dinner, so I stopped after one! My wife and I both love breakfast items for dinner....so we both ordered the "Big Island Breakfast". I had eggs OH, with Portuguese sausage and that incredible Kings Hawaiian bread French toast....OMG it is the bomb!! I live over 65 miles away....so it's a treat for me to be in this neighborhood, otherwise I'd be here much more often. The food is good....need to focus on some basics....door coverage and cleanliness....it was close to closing time, I get it....

Even though the parking is a little tight the staff is amazing quick load as well.
Discover this gem on the mainland with a taste of Aloha. Nice family restaurant with an island feel. Friendly, polite, professional and attentive staff. Great atmosphere and beautifully decorated. Food and bakery goods were excellent. Taste like home. Ordered the oxtail Sai min soup, loco moco, huli huli chicken, teriyaki chicken, ahi poke, guava cake, upside down pineapple cake, brownie, cinnamon pulled bread and chocolate mochi donuts. So good. Highly recommend. Will definitely return soon.

came for breakfast but wasn’t craving breakfast food, so i was happy to see that on their “lunch/dinner time only” menu there were plenty of *served all day exceptions. it’s not super obvious so look out for that.i was served the biggest most delicious bowl of soup that i’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. highly recommend the oxtail saimin, so flavorful with plenty of meat. but putting the left overs in a to go container definitely made a mess. i also had orange juice that tasted very fresh and my mom said her coffee and meal was very good. took a slice of cake home from their bakery to share and it was excellent. get that cake.
