It took very long for the food to be served, all i saw were them prepared for to-go and pick up order. I was complaining about them taking so long and they served the food right away but not all of it. We couldn't wait for the rest so we wanted to get up and and pay . THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE . Not even a sorry for their bad service. They gave us the bill and they charge for water which were never served to us . The service was TERRIBLE . Never coming back at this trash place !

two days ago was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the efficient service, with the excellent food and fine drinks and with the comfortable pay. We will no doubt return there soon.

One of three choices in the H-mart food court, Kiraku is my number one. I haven't even tried the third option, but I can't get past the Katsudon. Sure, it's just a pork cutlet, but it's so simply good! The katsu strips are meaty and tender, the breading soft with fluffy egg. The Chicken KatsuCurry is another comfort-food option, a medium-thick Japanese gravy over fried chicken with plenty of carrots and potato. The curry itself is on the lighter side and is mild with warmth but no heat. I prefer the chicken-and-egg, but this curry can curb a craving. I haven't tried the sushi, and I doubt the ramen would travel well, so the rice bowls are probably your best bet. There are plenty of places to get a good katsudon, especially in Torrance, and I think Kiraku's is among them.

Had me the spicy beef short rib shoyu ramen to-go, and it was pretty good. It wasn't too spicy and the beef was nice and tender. It came right off the bone. As expected, they separated the soup from the noodles and other ingredients so your meal's not soggy by the time you get it home. And they did a good job of wrapping everything up so there was no spillage. You have to keep in mind this is a food court restaurant located in H-Mart, and we are currently still in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This is pretty good Ramen shop located right in the H Mart Food Court. If you know about the H Mart Food Court you know that you go to a central cashier and place your order. The actual location of this Ramen shop is slightly to the left of where you place your order and this is where you will pick up your order once it is ready. Ramen here is pretty good. It is very much what you would expect from a predominately to go Ramen restaurant. The high point of the Ramen is the meat that they use. It is always very fresh and very tender. There's tables that you can eat your food directly in front of the H Mart Food Court if that is what you desire. You can also grab your order from this restaurant to go. Either way it is prepared fairly quickly and it is always pretty good.

Do not order from this place. My daughter and my son's girlfriend ordered from here. They both got good poisoning. One had to go to emergency it was so bad. We are under upsetting times during this covid19 pandemic and no one wants to go to a hospital. If you cannot obtain fresh ingredients stop serving!!!

We enjoy going out. Yesterday we visited this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with very good meal and an efficient team and a distinguished chef. We added this place in our phone list and we will certainly go again soon. We highly recommend.

My kids got the tonkotsu ramen and shrimp tempura udon. Everything was good and the food didn't take too long to come out. My son thought the shrimp was oily, but I thought it was fine. Seating is very tight and you may not get a table at all. So be prepared.

Went to H mart for a quick lunch and ordered katsu at Kiraku. After 15 minutes I asked how long the wait was and the guy there said I took the food. What? Told him he probably gave away the food to someone else and he proceeds to go look for the food from the tables and confronts the family who took the katsu. I'm just standing behind like.. dude just go make another one... which he finally does. No apologies or anything. Finally got the food which is okay. Wasn't a fan of the katsu sauce at all. They give you numbers for your order but don't check them when you pick up.. so this type of problems happen I get that but the way they handle the situation was poor and unprofessional.

There really isn't anything special about the ramen here. I ordered a curry ramen and asked for no onions. They put a ton of onions in it anyway. The best part about the ramen was the meat. Otherwise, everything else is forgettable. I paid $10.90 for my order.
