I have been going to Lindberg nutrition in Torrance for many years. I even talked with Gladys in the past when she was still around. I have spent plenty of money there. I’ve ordered some of their products online as well. I am now 70 years old and I was shopping there the other day. I had a cart with some stuff in it and I asked if I could leave the cart there and use their restroom. I was told that no one could use the restroom because it was no longer available to the public. I said, “but I am shopping here and have shopped here for many years.” He still refused. I was advised that I could walk down and use another restroom from another place. When I called the next day I was told by the manager, Vicki, she “Sorry that’s the policy.” I will be taking my business elsewhere. This disregard for loyal Customers is my exit call. Did I mention that a cluster of the employees were standing around talking and laughing and not really helping customers? Nor even asking if we needed help, I don’t think Gladys would be too proud. There’s no pandemic to blame it on. It’s a lack of regard for the people who are supporting their paychecks. Goodbye and good luck!
