Los Chilaquiles Mexican Grill

I love chilaquiles in general and have had it over 40 times in the 3 years I've lived in LA. I like it fancy (with lobster on a rooftop in ktown) or down home (from a restaurant downtown) but this is a place I could return to all the time. Pick your sauce, pick your protein, pick your toppings. Salsas from mild to very spicy. I had the arbol last time and it was definitely 🔥 The guy working the counter was great--fast and knowledgeable.

I got a mild guagillo sauce and had them give me a side of spicy chile de árbol sauce. It was delicious and perfect amount of spicy for me. Service was fast. You get to choose your toppings and they make them right in front of you on a pan just like homemade. There’s plenty of seating and very clean.

Steak chileaquiles with spicy green salsa 10/10 first time having chileaquiles i’m a huge fan now place is soooo clean inside out and the bathroom spotless i coulda ate off the floor portions are big will definitely be back and will tell a friend to tell a friend

Delicious food, friendly staff, and family-style seating. I like how they prepare the food "subway style," but put it on big ceramic plates. Green salsas are delicious, and the spicy one IS spicy! Will be going back!

I was craving chilaquiles and I was not finding that fire ? on the westside. SoI took a trip to torrance and this did not disappoint i had the chilaquiles with red salsa de Arbol ( super spicy) with refried beans and all the toppings! Really friendly service and plenty of great options! I recommend you try the sauce which they offer before you commit! Me encanto muy autentico
