Staff there are terrible. I went out to eat with my colleagues and some staff couldn’t speak English well so I was translating a bit. I was speaking Chinese to one of the waiters, a middle aged dude with beijing mandarin accent, he gave us a dish and later came back saying it was the wrong dish. I said oh I thought it was the wrong dish too. He said I don’t see you object literally twice. being all sarcastic. :) Absolutely terrible. Also the food isn’t even good. It’s def not authentic dim sum lol.

One of the best dim sum places! Good price, generous portions, and fresh ingredients that are freshly made. Highly recommend any of their baked or deep fried things like the shrimp roll and Chinese donut. I think they have the freshest best tasting Chinese donut in comparison to elsewhere. Their jumbo shrimp and pork sui mai is so fresh it tastes like they just made it there and then for order. I've been a few times and never disappointed.

Decoration’s good! Plenty of seats for both dining and outdoor patio. Many enough servants, but kinda slow bring things to the table. Maybe bcs it’s too busy on weekends.

When we had our second dish on the table, and the teapot still hadn’t come. Serving water should be the first thing, right? Ask for takeout boxes and bill, again, we asked three times to three different servants to get it done.

As for the food. Larger portion size compared with other dim sum restaurants. My Cantonese friends said they weren’t very authentic. It’s probably been modified for western taste, but it’s still alright and good to try.

Love they’re food definitely worth the price. Portions are big & flavors are on point. There isn’t much for customer service as you order on the phone from your table, they do work with urgency I will say. A must items shumai & sticky rice

There are many people recommending it on Xiaohongshu ~ so give it a try. Overall the service and environment are very good, but the food itself is really average😂. I’m curious as to what level this would be among morning tea in LA.

A little on the pricey side. Food is good and different from the typical americanized flavors while not going into the too exotic.

Tasty food and good service. But it's very overpriced, even for post pandemic inflated price.

Busy New Years day. Guess everyone eats dim sums on new years day. Food was yummy. Even with the crowds, all the servers were helpful and attentive. Definitely a place who cares about their food, staff and establishment.
