Traditional dim sum serves as breakfast for Cantonese. I wish this place could open earlier, such as 7 a.m. instead of 11 a.m.

Pretty solid but feels like they cheap out and charge you for a lot of little things like chili oil that tradionally are included. Also some of the orders/portions are weird - unusually granular which is nice but also so unusual it's a bit of getting used to. You basically can get an order and a half of har gow or shu mai??

Celebrated my friends birthday here. We went crazy and ordered so many yummy dishes. I highly recommend the pork soup dumplings. The service was quick! Will definitely be coming back.Parking: There is a lot of parking across from the restaurant. There is also a parking garage since the restaurant is near the movie theater. Super easy to find parking near by.

Came here for dinner with a buddy on Friday night. It's located across from veggie grill and theres ample parking throughout the plaza. Inside was well-lit and nicely decorated. It was busy but not like fully packed. They have a QR code you scan for the menu and you can just order online. So we ordered 3 main dishes and 1 dim sum dish. I think we over ordered We got the beef chow fun: not too bad, could have been maybe a little more flavorful. The Chinese broccoli with the oyster sauce was great! Got my veggies in for the week haha. The salt and pepper pork was also amazing, love the garlic, onion, and seasoning, and the portions were also generous.Overall, I think we over-ordered, but both had enough for another meal so I think it was pretty worth it!

I am so happy to finally have a legit dim sum place in Torrance! In the space that used to be little sheep, Lunasia has set up house, and now we can get dim sum at any hour of the day! There are no rolling carts here, spitting out steam, and hissing with sounds while ladies yell out in Cantonese the contents of their cart... no, none of that. Instead, you have a more classy restaurant-like atmosphere where you order off a menu. The benefit of that is that everything is fresh and hot. And I don't know if they purposely make sure you don't have everything at once, or if it just happened that way, but the pacing of the food was perfect for us. It was interesting, you order electronically with your phone and QR code, then they bring out a receipt and stick it on the table, and as each dish comes out, they cross it off the receipt. Last note: the 2 stall women's restroom was clean and well stocked...that's always a good sign!

We ordered take-out for 6pm pickup and the food was overcooked by the time we got home due to heating up in the boxes. We think the food was sitting in the boxes for awhile. Food is expensive for the price point and what you get. I would recommend eating at the restaurant or ordering your food 15-20 mins before you arrive, so it isn't prepared too early. The vegetables dishes were all overcooked. The lamb chops were dry. The steamed black cod steak was overcooked. The sweet and sour spare ribs were soggy. The beef filet were OK. Rice was not fresh and you have to pay for it too. Unfortunately, the Torrance location was a disappointment compared to Cerritos location. Will be our last time for take-out from that location.Parking: There is parking on side of building as you pass front entrance on left side.

Food is missing flavor. Some taste very blend.MAINLY, THE SERVICE SUCKS!No more menus, food is ordered from your smart phone only after you scan a qr code. What happened to service? When do you replace the human robots who bring out the food with Ai?

Lunasia has been the best dim sum experience I've had while visiting family in Torrance. The parking and online waitlist were easy to navigate, ordering and food service were quick, they had indoor and outdoor seating options, the space was clean, and staff were friendly. Foodwise, I loved that everything comes out piping hot. The jumbo siu-mai really were quite large. I'd definitely order those again and maybe splurge on some truffle ones. One item that I hadn't picked but I loved was the House Special stir fry tofu! The family member that had chosen it thought it would be vegetarian. But the sauce contained ground meat, so the rest of us kind of scored on that one. My favorite item was their chicken feet which were well seasoned and very tender. With two other family members there that ate this dish, we'll should have doubled or tripled the order... next time!

For once it wasn't packed. We went right after new years. Delicious food and great variety.

Having not indulged in dim sum for quite some time, I had a strong craving, and this place happened to be the nearest one I knew of. I used to frequent their location in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV).The food here is satisfying, meeting my dim sum cravings adequately. The ambiance is light and airy, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. The service, overall, was satisfactory.Given that it was just the two of us, our ordering was limited, but we were pleased with the selections we made.Kid-friendliness: is dim sum, loudness is expectedWheelchair accessibility: ramps in and out
