Best meal plan I have ever tried! First it is so convo isn’t that they deliver freshly made meals everyday, so you don’t need to froze them or in my case you not gonna finish weekly supply in 2 days ? Second - the food quality is insanely good, i still cant belive that it is so good for that price! Third- everyday you get new dishes and I love to try new stuff, and portions are great size! Never thought I’m gonna leave 5 star review for meal orep service

Incredible meals, great delivery, and healthy. I’m on my second week and still blown away. Tried HelloFresh and Sun Basket and couldn’t budget the time for prep, cooking and clean up. Marco plate saves so much time and is often better than what I would spend an 45 mins cooking with HelloFresh.

I've tried so many other meal delivery services and was always disappointed by the high fat content or random grossness (looking at you, Thistle - nobody wants olives in every meal!!) but... MacroPlate's a la carte plan has come in CLUTCH for me since I signed up a few months ago. The no-frills cooked foods have genuinely changed my life. Being able to pop in some grilled chicken + potatoes + broccoli into the microwave has freed up so much of my time and mental space. Plus, my nutritionist has been happy that my macros are on point and my protein is on the up and up. Great tasting food, convenient, and reasonable pricing.

They have saved me so much time from having to cook and meal prep, which has been great for someone busy like me. I'm big on food and the variety this company offers is amazing as well and it all tastes great. Their menu is never boring, and I love how many options and different types of food I get. Korean braised beef and the Thai curry meatballs are my favorite at the moment. The burger is really good too. And, the snacks - addicting! Can't wait until the morning to see what I'm gonna get!

I used to have two deliveries per week, then without notice they moved me to a mandatory every day schedule:- you have to pay for a delivery every day ($$)- you have to be home every morning to bring the food inside- you have to eat the options they send that day.

Just signed up for MacroPlate and I'm so excited. I spoke to a representative over the phone and she was so helpful and sweet!. She answered all my questions and I was sold! I heard about this company from my Pilates instructor in WoHo. She HIGHLY recommended but I was a little skeptical to sign up bc I'm hardly home. Also my schedule is very crazy. In between my full time Dog walking business and caring for my sick uncle I hardly have time to cook. So to hear from the representative Delilah, that they deliver overnight in food safe containers I was so delighted. She even sent me a coupon to help me get started and save some money. This was so helpful especially with how expensive rent is on the upper east side of LA. Anyways , I'll update once I get my first delivery and review the meals. Thank you Delilah for the help! It's only been 3 weeks but I couldn't be happier with the service. I get the vegan meal plan and I like 7/10 meals which far supersedes past meal prep companies I've uses. The flavors are actually really good and I find myself craving certain dishes. Mad props to the chef, sheesh some of these dishes are really damn good. I've tried at least 5 other companies (you name it) and I am seriously RELIEVED to finally find a company I can actually stick with. I order their vegan meals but I can't imagine what their meat or pescatarian dishes taste like. Also really love the fact that it comes daily, after a day or two you can smell the food getting bad which means no preservatives!! I also really enjoy communicating with their customer service rep :) They do a great job of responding quick. Only tip would be to be cautious if you don't have easy access to your apt, you will need clear access to your front door during their entire delivery time which I believe is 10PM-6AM. Other than that MacroPlate is my favorite and been life saving! I'm going to try their breakfast options next!

They give a lot of sauce and I don't usually use it all. It's California style- it has chicken breast meatloaf burgers, tuna meats but also tacos, Thai salad, beef bowls, etc Planning- I got 5 meals a week which i found very sustainable both cost wise and for my lifestyle. The meals are clearly labeled with contents and have expiration dates so if you get invited somewhere or want to cook that day, you can easily plan to eat the meals later. I've also shared with family and friends and everyone who's tried it is pleased. Delivery- the deliveries for this company are every day instead of once a week. Despite the frequency They've never forgotten me or delivered to the wrong house. Only one time it was late and they texted me, communicated and then they fixed the internal issue because now it comes each day at 11 pm like clockwork. I see and value that! Variety- I'm definitely not bored of eating the same foods. the foods change each day and there are few to no repeats. Allergy and modifications - I asked to avoid but not eliminate beef and i get it only about once a week. I have a mild soy allergy and i haven't had any soy! I know the shrimp and fish are good quality because they haven't given me itchiness that I get from seafood which is not handled properly Weight loss- i know people want to know about this but honestly I've stopped weighing myself. I can tell you that I feel great and that this fuels my workouts well. Overall I recommend this company if you're looking for a meal delivery service! It's very professional and delicious.

I'm really disappointed in this place. Wanted to give it a shot based on reviews but I've had a horrible experience since day one. I've signed up for several meals services in the past where they deliver weekly. When I started with them there was no information about getting it daily. And when I called to pause because we were traveling they said they would give us a curtesy credit since it's our first time?! We only received 3 days and I've still yet to get a credit back on my account and they go and charge me the full amount right away for the following week?! I've received no calls and no updates. I'd recommend trying another meal service like Factor_

Customer service seems to be best accessible through email, but I believe they are working on improving their answering system. In terms of the food quality, the traditional meal plan was outstanding. I never realized how much of a burden planning out my meals were and how time consuming it was. Out of desperation I would reach for anything quick and fast which is usually unhealthy. However this meal plan was a game changer, I certainly recommend trying it out for a week. However, the vegetarian meal plan was not preferable to me but I'm sure others would be pleased. I do recommend/ hope they offer organic meal kits in the near future - for our health and the environment it's important to steer away from harsh pesticides.

I have been a long standing customer of MacroPlate and alway appreciated the quality of their food and quick reply of their customer service team. I am incredibly surprised how things quickly took a turn recently. In April the price increased $30 a week due to increased cost of delivery. They sent an email in advance letting customers know and I was ok with it because I enjoyed the quality of their food and valued their dependency & customer service. This all took a turn for the worse last week when I was charged an additional $45 price increase with no notice. I have sent four emails asking why the increase and why no notice. Additionally I was asking to immediately cancel the shipment and refund the money as this is no longer affordable for me. I received zero response from their customer service after over a week and four attempts at outreach. This is incredibly frustrating. I logged onto my account and cancelled any future shipments but VERY disappointed I received zero response. They have lost a long time customer. I will no longer be using their service and will let other consumers know of decline in service, sudden price increase charged and lack of response that is incredibly unprofessional. HOW DiSAPPOINTING. I also plan on reporting them to the Better Business bureau due to the unannounced price increase and complete lack of response after 4 email attempts to find out what happened. What happened MacroPlate? Why would you let a long standing customer down like this??
