You can tell this place is more for to-gos and catering as soon as you walk in. Don't expect much in terms of staff or service, and smiles only go so far, esp. if you keep asking for things you need. They're pretty busy because of outside orders, although there were only 2 tables incl. ours, but the food was decent. I'll prob. go again if I'm in the plaza and craving for pasta.

The gluten-free pasta and meatballs were outstanding. Pasta not cooked enough but meatballs the best I've ever had, even my own, and I'm a good Italian cook.

The restaurant was fantastic and atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable. The food was really excellent and pretty good options of Italian food. The sauce was really delicious and flavor was balanced. The pasta was so creamy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right of seasonings. The dessert was great, it has nice texture, and you could taste the authenticity in every bite.

We had great dinner there. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff were friendly, attentive, and excellent menu. They have nice quality of food and taste was nicely seasoned. The pasta was creamy and has great texture. The pizza was tasty and has great flavor with lots of toppings. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

The decoration of this restaurant is simpler than I expected, giving the impression of an ordinary fast food restaurant. The dishes they provide are also relatively ordinary, without any expensive dishes. Although the dishes are rather ordinary, after tasting them, I felt that the taste is above average. The side salad is quite large, and the Carbonara pasta has a very rich cheese flavor. It should be a good choice for lunch!

It was good quality and ingredients tasted so fresh and the flavors were authentic. Nice dessert and this place was nice Italian restaurant. Cozy dining experience.

The food is excellent and some of the freshest pasta you'll find in South Bay. But be warned, the dishes take a really, really long time. I wish they would add an additional chef to speed things up during peak hours. As others have mentioned, the interior also leaves a lot to be desired.

As a Vegan, I'm always exited to find a restaurant serving vegan meals.
I ordered the spaghetti with vegetables because the image looked good and hearty.
I was extremely disappointed after coming back to my mother's hospital room to open the box to see a ridiculous amount of noodles with probably a half of a cup of diced zucchini and eggplant. When I called the owner attempted to tell me that the vegetables were there and probably under the sauce.
This is absolutely unacceptable and I am offended by his response and no desire to have a resolution with me.
