Really good Happy Hour selections! Plenty more on the regular menu. Prices are fair. The service was the downer a bit. The server took long to come back to us and our happy hour food took a long while to get to our table. The slider bread was overly toasted so by the time it got to the table it was pretty hard bread. Everything we had was great.Parking: Park near Chase Bank area for more chances of parking spots and further away keeps the dents on the cars away.

I love their HH here, appreciate how they have different tiers for the menu. My wife n I shared the burger n the sweet n spicy tenders which were both very tasty. Then I got the beet salad ( can't believe it myself ) n the charboiled oyster which were delicious. The waitress messed up twice with my bros order, but he was cool about it. I wanted to get their clam chowder that I love, but didn't get it..... my bro got it n love it!!! I forgot to take a pic of the food.... sorry. I highly recommend you all to end your meal with their butter cake n if you don't..... don't ever talk to me!!!

Not a great experience. There was very little people in the restaurant yet the service was slim. We had to track down our server multiple times to ask for things. Our drinks (cocktails) were poor quality. Really just tasted like canned juice with a little alcohol, and they took at least 15 mins for them (and a Diet Coke) to come! Starter salad came minutes before the entrees were put on our table. For a newish restaurant the table and booth looked dirty with lots of marks/stains. Disappointed over all. Hopefully things can improve.

The menu looked good but maybe we ordered the wrong thing. We had the seafood stew . The sauce was delicious but the shrimp were tiny and overcooked, the crab was only half of a leg and the lobster was very small. The crab was very salty. The mussels and two clams were ok. They added spaghetti but very little. I also had an artichoke that was steamed ( not grilled) and very watery. The server was ok but seemed preoccupied with something else.

This was our 2nd visit to MB Grill in Torrance. After the 1st visit the 2nd was a disappointment. Reservation was for 5:00PM in the main dining area. Restaurant was not crowded only 5 tables in use at the time. Service was very good from Timothy. He was cordial and attentive to our table. My wife and I had invited a family friend to experience the MB Grill after our 1st visit. In fact, we bragged about the food being very good. We all ordered the Salmon Oscar (3) with salads and Flautas appetizer. Salads delivered on time, the Flautas also on time as were the 3 Salmon Oscars. All 3 of the Salmon Oscars were overcooked (left on grill to long) - which made them dry along with the crab cakes with lobster. The Asparagus were actually burned a little and to add insult to injury the Salmon was over salted. The meals was definitely not prepared by the same chef/cook that prepared our meals on the 1st visit. I started to send them all back - but we decided to eat them. Needless to say my wife and I were a little embarrassed after telling our guest that the food was delicious (which it was on the 1st visit). We were disappointed. Not sure what happened but management needs to bring consistency to the Grill - it will make you or break you. Training perhaps is the key. When the reservation it was noted that a birthday was be celebrated (90th). No acknowledgement of the birthday was mentioned upon check-in or by the waiter. Until we mentioned it. This is the 2nd time this happening and has been noted on other reviews??

We were celebrating two birthdays and we requested Malina because she's our favorite server. Malina remembered our drink preferences and served them when she first greeted us. We ordered the artichoke appetizer and steamed clams to start. Our entrees were lobster, ribeye steak & crab legs, filet mignon & shimp and lobster ravioli. Everyone enjoyed their food. We brought a custom birthday cake which Malina served us along with an ice cream sundae for the birthday celebration. It was a wonderful experience.

Parking is a nightmare, but worth circling the parking lot a few time! Great staff, amazing food. Killer atmosphere. You all do need to figure out a solution to the drink glass condensation getting all over the table. Literally the whole table was wet after our party of 10 got their beverages.

The taste of the cocktails was terrible and the quality of the food was poor. The champagne I ordered instead was not served at all, so I paid the bill and went to another restaurant. I will never come back here again

More like a 2.5. First time having lunch here and the place is very nice, bright and open. Does appear to get busy, but the service is okay (seemed a bit understaffed like everywhere else these days), Happy hour seems to have some decent appetizers and drinks...especially the shrimp & crab flautas and the spicy salsa that comes with them. Lemon drop was pretty tasty as well. Certain dishes lack flavors though, such as the jambalaya with linguini. Extremely bland. Literally all you taste is the pasta, the sauce was not cutting it. I took the majority home as leftovers (because I paid for it) and even on the second day once the flavors had gotten to know each other...it STILL needed a major boost! I added red pepper flakes and a little "Tony's" and it was slightly better. I'll probably pass on a second visit.

Great service. Nice gentlemen. Disappointed in my food as I ordered the same thing like 6 months ago and was delicious and came back to order that dish again and was not very good. (Halibut) Very dry. I understand restaurants have their off days. Manager and bartender very responsive to my dissatisfaction and comped that dish. My partner's food was good. I will definitely come back again. Good service

A hit every time. Came here for lunch with a friend and this place has the best patio seating. There's lounge chairs and a big nice fire place for the cooler days. The food and drinks are delicious and the service is always amazing. I'd recommend the miso salmon and the farmers daughter cocktail. Both are delicious and I love the fresh warm sourdough bread and butter they provide complimentary.

Everything was delicious. Environment was nice and relaxing. Waitress was friendly and efficient

The service was great and the food was delicious! The restaurant was very busy in a Friday night but We made a reservation and were able to be seated right away. This restaurant is in a shopping center to be sure to plan extra time to find a park spot as it can get very full. Hint: sign up for the e club ahead of time and you will get a free coconut shrimp appetizer

One out of 3 meals was good. Sand in the muscles, no other seafood detected in a seafood dish that was supposed to have shrimp and scallops with the muscles. If they were there, you needed a microscope to find it. Had to send it back and replacement dish came when I had finished my meal. Very nice waiter and manager that did their best to make it right but .... obviously they need more help. Waited a long time for everything in an almost empty restaurant. I have had very good experiences with them in the past and will return to give them another chance. This was just a bad day.
