QUITE LITERALLY one of the best hidden gems in LA. The chicken skewers are jumbo and the sides are FIRE. The mac and cheese is just as good as the best I've ever had. The brussel sprouts are solid. One of the BEST values out there. And hidden in a super market. Whoda thunk?Vegetarian options: Brussel sprouts. Vegetable medley.

This place used to be the best and quickest way to pick up some BBQ'd tri-tip in the torrance-hermosa-redondo area of the south bay. Since they revamped, their old recipe for seasoning the meat has been forgotten. It just doesn't taste as good. The BBQ sauce is probably suspect as it's given me digestive problems on the last three visits, and I'm starting to question their cleanliness as well as it seems the grill they used to BBQ the tri-tip on is now falling apart and the most they can do is cook chicken on sticks over the flame.I would no longer recommend this place, unfortunately, which means the only real place for BBQ in the area is Willinghams.

Thank you Joe our Team at Caliber Collision loves your food. Everything was so delicious. We all agreed we have a favorite place to cater. Best mashed potatoes and chicken I have ever ate .

I've been to Market Grill once before but somehow only noticed the American BBQ part. The other day I was yelping Mediterranean food and had to do a double take when it listed Market Grill at the very top.Conveniently located inside Jon's Market, there is a big parking lot but just be aware of people driving in the wrong direction. *SMH*Market Grill is Just to the left when you first enter. You won't miss it as all the wonderful aromas come wafting towards you. There is quite a selection and you can order your kebabs at the same time as your baby back ribs. I ordered #3 which comes with chicken kebab and a beef kebab along with basmati rice, a green pepper and a tomato as well as a small cup of refreshing cucumber salad. We also ordered the baby back ribs with two sides. There are plenty of choices for sides. We chose the potato wedges which I didn't care for because they were too crunchy and the veggies. The portions for both orders are huge and it took us two days to finish them. The meats were cooked perfectly and were so flavorful. You can order by phone but I only had a 10 minute wait on a Saturday night. You can opt to shop in the market while you wait for the order or sit at one of the tables.I was very pleased with my order and will be back to try the other offerings.

I hate leaving these kind of review....3 stars. The customer service was amazing, but the food was just okay and very bland.

Excellent shish kabob, ribs, saffron rice, Middle Eastern style. The only complaint is their delicious chicken veggie soup has canned mushrooms added, and A LOT. Every other vegetable looks fresh but the mushrooms gag me and I'm spooning them out. Can't you find another veggie to add besides canned mushrooms? Pretty gross and totally ruins the soup. I will be willing to change this review if you can drop the fungi. ???

Every time I go here there is no lunch menu only a few things you can order and bbq which price is pretty high. Please don't advertise lunch menu on yelp or other places if you will not offer it.

I love stopping by here when I get the chance! Fast, affordable, delicious and so many options. Everything is well seasoned. I haven't explored the b.b.q. side besides their chicken but everything to the left side is delicious! The picture shows a drink with their combo but they don't have drinks, ever. You're paying for the plate itself. They should at least reduce the cost since there's no actual drink included or remove the drinks from the photo. @makeMePrettie Highly recommend! Try different things when you're there!

One of the best food spots in the area. Taste 5/5 Service 5/5 Price 5/5 Literally unbeatable. The spicy chicken kabob combo with yellow rice + veggies is god tier. To die for.

Recently enjoyed an amazing BBQ tri tip sandwich here. It was so juicy and tender so I returned. So they also sell Mediterranean food and I love their rice but I get it with Baby-back ribs. That's just me tho. The chef (Marvin) gave me his word I would love the ribs and he was right. He suggested I eat them there while they're fresh off the grill. So I did. Everything was good And he's such a nice guy.

Very good food in Jon's market. Not a typical food court in the grocery store. It's way beyond that. The smoke chicken is the our favorite, the best tasting chicken in this neighborhood hands down. The koobideh plates are freshly made and great price for the portion of food. But the meat is slightly dry, grab some hummus and garlic sauce that conveniently located in Jon's, that accompany this kind of dish very well.

Pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the flavorful grilled meats. Cucumber salad was bland - had to dress it up. Other sides were OK. Inconsistent quantity on sides and carved meat, depending on server - from adequate to quite generous servings. Overall excellent value. Would like to be able to buy the meat entrées separately, rather than limited to plates with sides included. Near dinner time, popular items ran out. Lower priced lunches offered. Conveniently inside market that sells amazing variety of East European and Middle Eastern foods at good prices. One can supplement take-out food with more economical market items.
