Maui Chicken & Poke

Today I ordered a Salmon and Avocado Bowl, and a Rainbow and Avocado Bowl (tuna and salmon combo). The poke was fresh and well seasoned and the service was outstanding. The business had social distancing and mask requirements and a barrier to protect the person taking the orders. The sauce options were soy sauce or spicy mayo. We tried both and it was fantastic. i tried 3 things on the menu -- the cooked salmon with teriyaki sauce, the salmon poke, and the teriyaki chicken. all 3 were very good and delicious. i recommend a little extra teriyaki sauce for both the chicken and the cooked salmon.Shawn, who i believe is the owner however i might be mistaken, was very nice! he was awesome to talk to and deal with. great customer service.i'll definitely be going back there!

Spam musubi was fresh and it didn't taste salty like L&L's because of their spam containing higher sodium spam since the inside of the spam meat has a light coating comparing too the other spam that's more of a darker coloring. The fried spicy habanero plate was great! Huge meat portion that had a great texture too it. Not too spicy, but has a little kick too it especially with habanero sauce on the side!
