I feel like the quality of service has gone down significantly over the last few months. I go there and asked for a #5 on the lunch menu, I get a #5 on the breakfast menu. How’s that even possible? They never have the sauce I like, the frozen coke flavor on the machine hardly works when I go, and every time I want a certain beverage, they’re out of it and only have like 3 drinks.

This McDonald’s claims to be open 24 hours, but that’s clearly not true. About half an hour before breakfast starts, they stop taking any orders — even though the app still accepts mobile orders and charges you for them. I placed and paid for my order, only to be told they weren’t serving anything. Completely unacceptable and misleading for a place that advertises 24-hour service. Wasted my time and money. Very disappointed.

This McDonalds was opened during the Oregon Trail. They bring the cows in from the back and slaughter them right then and there. That’s why when you order a cheeseburger. It’s takes 462 min for it to be ready. I would have thought since it’s 2025. They would have upgraded their process by now.

The worst McDonald’s ever! They messed up my orders over 6 times. Last time they were out of nuggets and asked me to wait for it. Ended up there wasn’t any in the box! My kid needed to go to class and she didn’t even eat because of that. I went back to ask for the nuggets. The in-house manager (he wore a different color shirt) didn’t even want to talk to me when he saw me. No word, just weird eye contact. The drive-through manager came and gave me a box back. Not even mentioned they gave me 5 pieces instead of 6 pieces of nuggets, waiting over 10 minutes for online order outside in the parking spot with no response. I can only do drive-through and online order because I have kids in the car. I can’t get kids to go in and out, and wait for the food. I don’t understand why such the simple, not-much-service McDonald’s can be that bad. If I have time, I will just go to the one on 190th & Hawthorne.

Every bad review is on point for this location. I’m not sure if the employees are just overworked or just lazy. But this is my 3rd visit and every bad review, customers have previously posted has been my experience here. I took a video of me waiting and I started recording 10 minutes after I got there so just add 10 minutes to the video. I’m definitely not returning.
