This McDonald’s was disappointing. The restroom had no soap, and when I asked about it, a worker mentioned it had been out for a while. Instead of offering a solution, they gave me hand sanitizer, which is unacceptable in a food establishment. The restaurant itself was dirty, and the staff seemed disorganized. When I asked for a cup, the employee at the register told me to ask someone else because she wasn’t clocked in. Overall, a frustrating and unsanitary experience—I would not recommend this location.

It is my first time at this McDonald's and the service was very good. The food was also very dirty. I also didn't clean the tables. The fact is that that disappointed me and when I was leaving, I passed by the people who serve the food and I told them how the place was and they sent someone to clean. If you can please tell your staff to be more careful with the children's play area, I thank them. God bless you and take care of you and protect you. Amen 🙏

Men's room is filthy; the faucet handle is broken and water cannot be turned off. Multiple tables are filthy, with not just food crumbs and grease on the surface, but some have food packaging and cups left on them. Grease marks all over the floor, with dropped fries and trash items here and there. The napkin dispenser at the beverage machine is empty. There are multiple homeless hovering outside. The counter girl's attitude is great and the food was at least freshly made and that is why I gave this review two stars. Otherwise zero stars. I've visited this location over the years while driving through the area, and each time it just feels worse. It's currently about 3p, well past lunch rush. Management could at least look into keeping the tables and floors clean and the napkin dispenser full, between prime hours, and look into fixing the broken men's room faucet.

Ordered from the drive-thru, pulled up to the second window got my drinks, and of course in McDonald's fashion. Waiting about 10 minutes for someone to hand me the wrong order….. Then another 5 mins finally the correct order but as always cold soggy fries to look forward to waiting 15 mins.. NEVER
