Called an asked if they had soft serve ice-cream. The guy who answered asked someone and said yes. After arriving I tried ordering on my phone app and it said ice cream was unavailable at which point i waited at the counter and finally got someones attention and he confirmed that you had it i then tried to order on the big tablet and it said unavailable i then began waiting at the counter again and was told to order on the tablet I told him that I tried both the tablets and the app. He told me to use the tablet what am unworthy of interacting. I thanked him for doing nothing and have not been back. Shoddy customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This McDonald's location exceeded my expectations! The burger was fresh and juicy, the fries were hot and crispy, and the staff was friendly and quick with the service. I loved how clean the seating area was, and my order came exactly as I wanted it. Definitely one of the better McDonald's I’ve visited recently. Will be coming back soon! 🍔🍟🥤

Making cars park for a drive thru mobile order does not make any sense. If I wanted to pick up from a parking stall I would have selected that. All cars were told to park. Might as well close the drive thru. Ray Croc would not approve is likely rolling in his grave. I think I rather go to Taco Bell and experience bad digestion than deal with this kind of unacceptable service. I will return one day and see if it's the same. If so, I will adjust the review accordingly.

I have ordered the hotcakes and sausage twice with an extra sausage and both times I have gotten it without the second sausage. It’s good I always check before leaving because I would have not been pleased. Why is the person making the order and the one bagging it not catching this before bagging it!!!! This location has a problem with order accuracy!!!Then I get home and my hotcakes are very hard on the edges why is this? Is it bc we left it on the heated landing zone for to long or did we overheat the hotcakes and this I know you can feel and still served hard hotcakes to the customer.Two nights ago I came at night I got fish and 10 pc nuggets and the nuggets were cold. I think this team needs to be retrained on how to deliver fresh product and not giving expired product to the customer
Never fails. Everytime you order they have you pull forward or in one of the reserved spots. I’m telling you every single customer is told to pull forward or waiting reserved spots. Picture one showed already 2 cars waiting for food. I’m sent to spot #2 and the next 2 cars after me told to pull forward. They should serve in timely manner and tstil

Man I dont see how they keep customers with giving out old food. Drive thru or not we all deserve fresh food. Its already bad enough Mcdonalda food it trash and very unhealthy. You got to give someone fries that are mixed with fresh and old ones. Like common. This is the only McDonald's open at this time. And the absolute worst when it comest to giving a customer fresh food. They make it seem like the employees are paying for it. This is the worst McDonalds location ever. Unqualified staff and day manager all waste of Customer time and money. There was absolutely no drive through line but unhappy order taker at the window: then they make the wrong order, 15 minutes minimum wait. This staff is the worst of the worst. They need to sheke up the management and bring in competence to this location! Seriously dreadful experience.
