Why do they always mess with you at the drive through? Almost every McDonalds we visit and order apple pie it’s never given to us. Maybe their apple pie machines are always broken like their ice cream machines? They don’t tell you and you find out when you’re already home?

Today as I walk in, I see the trash bins. Overfilling tables are dirty. As customers complains that the tables are dirty and asked to speak with Manager who was the name Lili she stated oh we are super busy. We cannot handle it. I saw a customer’s cleaning up tables just so they can eat at the table meanwhile Manager Lily is back there laughing and telling colleagues in Spanish see they can do it themselves. We don’t even have to go outside and clean. I thought that was the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing. This person can do and say. I stated to her you know we also don’t have to come here and give you our money for this kind of service. She rolled her eyes and walked away, and I picked up my food.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald's. They don't check the orders at all, and when I picked up my food, it was completely wrong. When I went back to get a refund, they refused! I had to drive a long distance back and forth just to return the incorrect order. I’m extremely frustrated! The service here is absolutely terrible, and the staff shows zero professionalism. The manager who answered the phone had the worst attitude and refused to solve the problem. Avoid this location at all costs – they clearly don't care about their customers!

Let me start with the good thing that is the customer service, friendly, and polite. To get your order, you have to wait a while. My food was not fresh, cold fries, and cold nuggets. The restrooms were dirty as well.
This location literally won’t take your order. You have to fill it out for yourself.

The staff like to ask you to wait to a curbside spot even if there is very few ppl behind you in the drive through line. And eventually when everyone else that come here later than you left you will realize they totally forgot about you and have you wait for 10+ min in a fast food drive through in non rush hour. The most ridiculous thing is I had that experience TWO TIMES IN A ROW. Waited once, shame in you. Waited twice, shame on me.

This is the second and last time I visit. Last time my hash browns tasted like plastic. This time, I ordered two sausage biscuits and they were cold and rock hard.
I get the impression this place cooks food and then leaves it lying around, then heats it up right before they give it to the customer. Disgusting I'll visit the other McDonald's when I need to.
