The manager/ shift leader was nice. I did not eat there, but the restaurant was clean with the exception of walking down the hall to the restroom it smelled like pee, like they mopped with a dirty mop.

This McDonald's is always a nightmare to go to. The girl who gives out d food is always so unprofessional n rude. The one who takes d order is very nice. The employees stand around joking while the line is backed up around the corner smh. Where d hell is management? Also, too often they do not have change n requests a credit card. I wish there was another McDonald's closer to me. The manager needs to start taking her job seriously. Smh...

Fast food isn't fast or cheap anymore, you can spend your money at In-N-Out and get double the food with better quality for the same price. Mcdonalds is a scam now, the food was only good when it cost a dollar. Now a mcdouble cost 5 bucks. Don't waste your hard earned money at this greedy

The drive thru line was sooo long that I finally went inside to order. Not that bad I guess because it was thanksgiving.

The location is clean and has plenty of seats available for dine in.The service was a bit slow but understandable. It seemed they are under staffed just like everywhere else. The kiosk or the app ordering could not do customization so I still need to use the counter, because I want my fries well done. Another customer couldn't pay with cash? So they still need to go to the counter.Lily, the person who took my order was helping distributing orders and the food delivery orders. She is taking care of three area but she worked really hard and with a good attitude towards the customer.I had ordered a fries well done, and 5 minutes later, U ordered a frozen coke.My frozen coke came but not my fries. Lily went to check, as it turns out, she had put the fries in the fryer but someone took it out and served the fries and tossed my ticket.... WAT????Luckily, Lily remembered my order so she apologized and was trying to make me another one.She came out again to tell me just a few more minutes. I told her that she is working really hard and thank you for taking care of it for me.The overall experience wasn't a great way with my food was skipped but Lily worked hard to help everyone the best she could. Thank you, Lily.

The food here is good. But everything else about this is the cleanliness, the workers and the time it takes to get your food does not even make it worth going to this restaurant. I went through the drive-through and I waited 17 minutes to get my food. Unbelievable for a drive-through. They kept getting my orders wrong and it pissed me off so bad I ended up just leaving don't come to this place.

The staff seemed stressed. We waited in the parking lot for food ordered. Showed up with someone else's order but we caught it. The double French fries in the kids happy meals were half full in the tiniest fry boxes they have and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. My daughter said that she'd prefer not to go to this location ever again.

Quality control is always garbage. How the hell do you want $20 an hour to screw your job up constantly? Y'all deserve to be replaced with robots. Best part? Management takes no responsibility when they supposedly did the qcing. Straight up embarrassing.

Ordered 20 nugget combo, fries were half full and I ordered 1 sweet and spicy sauce and 2 mambo sauce, all 3 were sweet and spicy. Prices go higher and higher and quality and quantity get worse and worse
