Sometimes these “workers” hide from the customer and close the shop early, I also had people working the counter that took my food from me after I had already paid and gave it to another family after trying to calmly explain to her that I had bought it and had a receipt, the lady’s poor language skills had left her unable to comprehend what was happening and rudely said no this is not your order and gave it to another couple that was 2 orders behind ours, I grabbed my food from them left as the manager tried to make some half hearted apology, please train and hire staff that can actually do their jobs

First off this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to Shay in the dining room is amazing super sweet and attentive. I decided to stay and eat at the restaurant and she checked on me and make sure I was OK multiple times. & She’s a super hard worker really great spirit made me smile, As far as the food, it was really good came out really fast and was hot A+ plus plus plus
