Customer service has gone downhill so much ever since they added those tablets to order . The employees will look directly at you and not acknowledge you if you're waiting at the counter or you're trying to make an order and they will run back quickly to the Expo station and hide from customers instead of helping them . It's not all their fault either I'm sure they are probably working with reduced staff since putting in the tablets so they are under more pressure to hurry and process the orders

I have reasons to believe someone spit in my frappe. As soon as I put my straw in, while taking my first sip, I instantly smelled funky spit, as if someone licked around the opening of the cup. I know this sounds gross but all I could think of is ew this is somebody nasty saliva

Came in this morning at 7:15am to get my rewards deals, this absolutely rude man came to the front throwing his paper bag and asking for the general manager, upset he didn’t get a monopoly piece. Hello? You can get monopoly codes online for free without getting money, and sometimes based on the item you can get a digital piece instead of a physical piece. Anyways, the workers did their best to stay professional and deal with the situation although this man was trying to escalate the issue by yelling at them and being rude. Props to the morning team today, love you guys! Never an issue with them, they work so hard and definitely need a raise if they have to deal with people like that on a Monday morning.

I specifically asked for my breakfast to come with a round egg and they said it came with a round egg just for them to end up giving me regular egg. I then call multiple times and no one answers . When you’re trying to get to work and literally ask for a specification on your order it’s so frustrating to waste ur time and money on something that ur simply not going to eat !

I order thru drive thru. And no good customer service at all, when u order at times they don’t add what u order. I order some chicken nugget and they forget to add in the bag. So always check before u leave.
