Always closes before it’s suppose to very inconvenient for me because I work over nights and come in early to get something to eat and they close when they feel like it and pretend they can’t hear you. Very rude customer service.

You order a McFlury ice cream. With Oreo they gave it to me without the Oreo, I asked them to change it and what the girls who serve there did was throw away the contents and filled me again with ice cream with little Oreo in the same container. Something that seems very bad to me because the container was already dirty. They were not able to use a new container to fill it with the ice cream I had requested. It is bad service and poor hygienic conditions.

I’m not from here I’m just visiter and guess what now exclusively in California you have to pay for bags in McDonald’s too . Can you believe it. California is a joke and btw prices in the menu are more than any other state. California is a joke

perhaps one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Harbor area. The food here is always fresh & the short cashier lady always has a great & positive attitude it really makes you feel welcomed. Its funny to think that this little McDonald’s inside of a Walmart manages to outshine all these other McDonald’s in the area

I ordered online . It gave me no option too order a bag the lady told me it was going to be 11 cents for a bag and my wallet was in the car lol So this is how I received my order ! But they wanna make $22 a hour

Ordered one filet o fish on the mobile app. There are two pickup options: counter or table. I selected table and input the table # and sat down.Ordered at 1:51pm. At 2:05, still no food. Walked up to the counter and it had been sitting there--- 15 minutes!! I asked the worker was I supposed to be waiting at the table, she acted dismissive and mute. I asked for the manager, who apologized and offered to remake it. Why was the staff too lazy to walk 20ft to bring my meal? Why was there a table option when they expect everyone to come to the counter. Such a waste of time and very frustrating.

So I arrived at 9:25 without knowing they close at 9:30 I ordered my food chairs are up on tables so I took one down so we can eat, we were sitting down waiting on our food and the manager Olga approaches, telling us we were not able to dine in anymore because they were about to close, how unprofessional is that??? If that's the case why they don't tell you up front????? At the point food was already made I ask for a refund, it's crazy how now and days employees seen so unhappy on what they do...... poor customer service...!!!!
