Just the worst waited 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese. I kept asking for updates and all I got were platitudes. mind you there we only 2 people ahead of us.

I get my coffee here every morning but the app hasn't been working so I don't get my points plus I'm spending 6 dollars for my coffee compare to 2.00 dollars I might as well just go to Starbucks

This has to be the worst and most stingiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Why am I paying for a bag yet you cram everything into the smallest bag possible? When I requested a bigger bag to fit my items because even after using the smallest bag they still left items for me to carry, staff refused because “we don’t have bigger bags” girl I can see the giant stash of bigger bags behind you. Would not recommend ordering unless you want to carry your food to your car in your hands.

Always closes before it’s suppose to very inconvenient for me because I work over nights and come in early to get something to eat and they close when they feel like it and pretend they can’t hear you. Very rude customer service.

You order a McFlury ice cream. With Oreo they gave it to me without the Oreo, I asked them to change it and what the girls who serve there did was throw away the contents and filled me again with ice cream with little Oreo in the same container. Something that seems very bad to me because the container was already dirty. They were not able to use a new container to fill it with the ice cream I had requested. It is bad service and poor hygienic conditions.

I come to buy my coffee all the time they give me reheated coffee,and whith bad temper especially the supposed managuer Angie what is that?I am going pay for my coffee,I am not asking for the coffee to be given to me
I’m not from here I’m just visiter and guess what now exclusively in California you have to pay for bags in McDonald’s too . Can you believe it. California is a joke and btw prices in the menu are more than any other state. California is a joke

perhaps one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Harbor area. The food here is always fresh & the short cashier lady always has a great & positive attitude it really makes you feel welcomed. Its funny to think that this little McDonald’s inside of a Walmart manages to outshine all these other McDonald’s in the area
