This restaurant has been here for years and always has great quality. You can choose between an all-you-can-eat option or a less expensive one bowl option. Bowls come with rice or a flat bread.

This is old style Mongolian BBQ that was so popular during the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's. All you can eat(single serving option is available as well) buffet with frozen slices of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, along with a variety of vegetables, that the guest piles into a bowl, along with their choices from a variety of sauces like garlic, ginger, chili oil, lemon water, and so much more! You take the bowl to a central grill, where the chief pours the contents onto the grill, and masterfully works around the large circular grill, until perfectly cooked. Your selection is removed from the grill, and presented to you on a plate, along with sesame bread. There is also a simple salad bar, and desserts. My only criticism would be that it definitely shows it's age, and would benefit from a facelift. Don't let that old decor hide the treasure inside though. I would highly recommend checking this little gem out! I'm confident you won't regret it ?♨️???

Gave this place a try, but it was extremely dirty. Dirty bowls, very little meat that was already thawing out. So many fruit flies flying around the food. The whole tong was inside the noodles, handle and all. There were missing ladles for the sauces and they were very low and no one was refilling them, the sauce area was very dirty as well. I ended up leaving after seeing all that, very unsanitary and the staff isn’t the friendliest. Skip this place!!

Mongol King is my favorite restaurant, period. I enjoy good food. I have many favorite restaurants for different types of food, but Mongol King is my favorite of all restaurants! I also enjoy reasonable prices and good service. I have eaten at this location for about 30 years. I moved away for over 10 years and the manager recognized me when I returned. Very cool. The food options are great. A good variety of meat and veggies. The sauces options at this restaurant are better than those at any Mongolian restaurant I have visited - and I have visited many. The soft serve ice cream is also great, either before or after dinner. I definitely recommend Mongol King.Vegetarian options: Because you select your own items to be cooked, you can select from the wide variety of vegetables and other items, like tofu and water chestnuts.Parking: The parking lot is a reasonable size. There are always spots open. If the restaurant is super busy, you may have to walk a little further in the parking lot, but you won’t regret it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

No reservations needed. We went around 6pm and it wasn’t busy at all. We get a pot of rice and bread for free which was really good. The place is on the smaller side but that isn’t a problem. The food area is small compared to other Mongolian places. They have about 5 selections of meats and a good amount of veggies and sauces. They also have a dessert bar which is I haven’t seen in other places which is a plus.

Used to come here ALL the time. It was our favorite Mongol Restaurant. Then we moved out of state. Decided to return to get some good food! Unaware that it closes between 3-4:30, we arrived at 2:45. We were told we could get to-go. Okay, we will do it!! Well, I asked for a to-go box for salad....no it doesn't come with it. Bread? No again. Rice? Oh yes, you get rice. We walked over to fill our bowl. No meat, of the vegetables only 3 or 4 bins had anything in them, other than dregs. I always get very few noodles, if I did that today there would have been very little in my bowl. I asked the girl for my box so I could put soy sauce on it. She said no, she would give me some. Two packs were not enough for me. Really, it was sad service and we were disappointed. We paid $30 for to-go noodles and a small scoop of rice. We tipped the chef, but did not add a tip to the check. The girl looked pissed. If she had thrown in some bread pockets or something, I would have been happy to tip. Don't want to ever return and this was our favorite place, we have been going there for 20 years. VERY SAD.......

This will be my last time patronizing this overpriced & uderwhelming location. I gave it another chance based on my first few times going, but these last two visits left me annoyed & disgusted for a few reasons. Both times the food areas were glaringly nasty & the grill looked as if it had not been scraped all day. The noodles were hanging out of the tray & spread out all over the area in front of it. The various oils & sauces were not properly labeled to know one from the other, the glass covering the serving area was dingy & greasy looking. There also was very little meat in the serving trays, and what was there was clearly not being chilled as it was limp and lumped together, not in separate frozen spirals. The surly lil man came out and poured a few scoops in the bins when he noticed us just looking askance at the offerings. The bowls are so small, you can barely get everything you may want, & they expect you to pile noodles atop the veggies. Suffice it to say the service was nil, the food was terrible & rank tasting coming off that burnt grill & it was definitely not worth the $15 . Add to all that, the place has a very "meh" vibe, like nobody cares. We literally had to ask them to clean up the serving area & that's just unacceptable. Never supporting this establishment again, disgusting all around.

Yummy Mongolian BBQ. You basically fill a bowl with the ingredients you want and they cook it for you on the wok. Super yummy!

Hats off to a great staff. Appeared that the cooks had minimal training and tapped what looked like machetes instead of traditional sticks. They didn't clean off the pad very often.Suggestion bring rice out in a bowl not the whole pot. The rice was clumpy and poor presentation. The patrons in line were just nasty. They were handling tongs after locking their fingers (3 different groups we watched -ice cream). Another point is why the ice cream machine at the start of the food selection was at the start of the food selection. But after the snacks, fruit, and desert tray. The layout was too small for the number of customers in line waiting. No person or instruction guides to help with seasoning (oils and sauces) the food. The staff was working hard and pleasant. They were outnumbered and doing the jobs of 3 each. They were victims of the environment - they were the only saving grace to the catastrophe. There is so much potential but swing and miss.Vegetarian options: House no meats-but without cleaning the grill regularly you will get cross contamination of the 4+ people before you.Parking: There are not many spaces if they are going during the week as there are either businesses. We went on a Sunday and were lucky because other shops were closed.

I've been going there for years, service is always good and the food is the best of its kind. You make it yourself and they cook it for you. Dinner is all you can eat with the option to buy a single serving at a lower price. Vegetarian or Meat eater you choose.

Good for 22 folks for a going-away lunch. Clean tables and large cooking surfaces. The slightly staggered arrival times worked well in keeping the line short. The cuisine caters to both carnivores and vegetarian desired self-selections. Reservations are best made ahead of time a day or two in person. Food was fresh and servers were good. Fountain drinks are extra but reasonably priced. Had soft serve ice cream and jello for dessert. If you figure about $20 to $25 per person, you will hit your budget. Parking was a little tight closer for larger cars but with a short walk parking accommodated my Volvo SUV.

Tried to come twice within posted hours. First time the door was locked and tonight the door was open, food on the bar and 40 min until close, but was turned away. I guess they don't need the Buisness.
