Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

My husband and I eat here weekly and almost always have the halibut fish and chips since it's so delicious along with the French fries and their incredible coleslaw. Unfortunately, this time the fish was not cooked crispy which the batter wasn't cooked well and the fries was not nice and crispy, rather undercooked. Since we were in a hurry to eat and get to a meeting, we didn't want to complain and send the food back so we just ate it. But towards the end, I called the server over and nicely told him that we weren't happy with the food but just wanted him to let the cook know for next time. Well, he was very apologetic and went to the kitchen and returned and said they were not going to charge us for the two meals and offered a discount for a future meal. That meant a lot to us so we will continue to eat here as it is one of our favorite restaurants and meals. Thank you for keeping your loyal customers happy. And kudos to our server for communicating this to the kitchen.

Great food and great service. we had the asian chicken salads, the chicken was delicious... not dry!

I got the Burrata salad and it was great my friend got the skirt steak wedge salad and that was even better. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection!

Dining was very modern - stark with plain black tables with zero art or table decorations. Just glass windows and tables - was going to leave but sat on patio for the palm tree view. Waiter did not check back - wanted more dressing on boring caesar salad. Had to wait for waiter to discover I was done to get check. Ambience is poor.

Delicious food! Kudos to your chef team - they made a delicious carne asada. By far the best!

Their salads are always good. The staff is friendly and professional. It's a reliable place for a nice lunch with friends.

We had excellent burgers from the Hapoy Hour menu. The hostess and server were warm and friendly. The food arrived soon and was delectable. If only the room had a bit of green or color.

I'm a big fan of Bazille but the last few visits, service hasn't been very good. For years, the service and the food have been great but now, the servers I've encountered, seem disinterested in helping you. It's not awful but it's unwelcoming, slow and little to no further follow up. FYI - The hosts/hostesses always are friendly. If the food wasn't so good, I'd probably go elsewhere.

I actually like sneaking in a bit of work here now and then though I have not seen any charging stations here, so not suited for long hours on your laptop kind of spot.
Now, let’s talk favorites: their coffee is solid, but on these hot days, I’m all about the pomegranate. Pomegranate lemonade, pomegranate iced tea, sparkling pomegranate lemonade — yes, I might have a bit of a thing. Trust me, give one a try while you’re here. Your taste buds will thank you.

On a non busy, after lunch hour Monday. It took the server over 15 minutes to come back and take our entree order. She was too busy hiding behind the wall chitchatting away.

You can't beat Bazille at Nordstrom/Del Amo for outstanding old fashioned comfort diner food!! And there's a full bar for those needing a lunchtime attitude adjustment!!! I love their crab bisque soup, calamari fritti and French Dip. Service is always professional and attentive so you get what you pay for at Bazille!!

Love Bazille! The food and service are always on point. Such a nice way to pause while shopping, enjoy a meal and have a good day.

Overall service was excellent, John was very quick and the food was good. We sat outside on the patio, the noise level is lower outside.
