This casual restaurant tucked away upstairs in Nordstrom has a great menu, with French onion soup, a delicious club sandwich, and artichoke dip. Every dish is fresh and delicious! Seasonal menu keeps a rotation of tasty options, including food and drink. We love shopping, dropping in for dinner, and then walking the mall. Great food break that's not as crazy busy as Din Tae Fung, but you'll still want a reservation.

The service was great and the food was exceptional — no complaints there. However, we were told that due to a new corporate policy, the staff was not allowed to provide water for our dog, even though we were seated outside on the patio. I find it cruel and unreasonable to deny water to a pet in an outdoor setting. Policies that lack basic compassion matter to customers, and in this case, that policy also changed my approach to tipping. Excellent food, kind staff — but a disappointing and unnecessary corporate rule.

We enjoyed the crab, avocado salad, turkey club sandwich & truffle pizza. The service was very good.

We were helped out by Maverick on the morning of Christmas Eve. He made funny dad jokes that helped make our busy morning more enjoyable. We loved the enthusiasm and service!

Cynthia O always does an outstanding job. She's always so sweet and thorough. She provided the utmost respect and customer service. She's so detailed and friendly. Our food was delicious as always. Place is always clean and restrooms are clean. Lots of parking. We always do make a reservation even if it's slow.

I work inside the mall normally, I would be satisfied with the service that I got today and I wasn’t. I proceeded to get a drink gentleman who helped me with the rude and snatched the salad that I was purchasing out of my hand and I think it’s a little rock they don’t give employee discounts except for their own employees, which I find to be a little biased. Don’t think I’ll ever return again.

I appreciate the fact that a reservation is available immediately upon arrival. No waiting. On disadvantage is the close placement of tables, which makes it difficult to hear over some others' conversations.

Service is always great. Our server was friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. Food was yummy as always.

My husband and I eat here weekly and almost always have the halibut fish and chips since it's so delicious along with the French fries and their incredible coleslaw. Unfortunately, this time the fish was not cooked crispy which the batter wasn't cooked well and the fries was not nice and crispy, rather undercooked. Since we were in a hurry to eat and get to a meeting, we didn't want to complain and send the food back so we just ate it. But towards the end, I called the server over and nicely told him that we weren't happy with the food but just wanted him to let the cook know for next time. Well, he was very apologetic and went to the kitchen and returned and said they were not going to charge us for the two meals and offered a discount for a future meal. That meant a lot to us so we will continue to eat here as it is one of our favorite restaurants and meals. Thank you for keeping your loyal customers happy. And kudos to our server for communicating this to the kitchen.

Food in general are good for the price you pay. Services are alwas good. New menu from time to time

I got the Burrata salad and it was great my friend got the skirt steak wedge salad and that was even better. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection!

Dining was very modern - stark with plain black tables with zero art or table decorations. Just glass windows and tables - was going to leave but sat on patio for the palm tree view. Waiter did not check back - wanted more dressing on boring caesar salad. Had to wait for waiter to discover I was done to get check. Ambience is poor.
