I love North Italia...and domt like complaining about service...but just a bit disappointed because I'm not a fussy or rude customer...and just felt like the servers were a little distracted...it was 9ish...not too busy. We were celebrating a bday and were asked as we entered....but they forgot even though we had a convo about it...and I just didnt like reminding them when are bill came in front of the bday guest....also appetizer...bread and butter came halfway into the...
Food was exceptional. No complaints about the food. The service was horrible. We asked for chili flakes and were given the smallest amount on a small tray. Waited 35 minutes for our food. Waited another 20 minutes for our dessert. We literally saw two families come and go while we were still eating. I am a person of color so not sure if this has anything to do with it.
Had the Bolognese it looked great and was cooked well but the flavor fell flat, not my favorite dish there, the appetizers were good a garlic bread and a five dish that looked like a meatball. Service was on point and a very clean and we maintained restaurant.
