Nothing Bundt Cakes

I only came in here quickly to get a free mini cake for my birthday. I can say that their service was very friendly and I really appreciate everything that they did for me. I plan to come back in the future to buy an actual cake.

I hate this branch of Nothing Bundt Cake. I was a regular customer. Their bunt cakes are among the food I regularly bring to parties & potlucks. In 2023 I was denied my birthday freebie. I showed my ID & the email I got + ordered a cake. I was told that their bday freebie emails are sent a certain # of weeks before one's bday and I was like okay.. then I was told since the email was sent earlier than when it should have been sent, they can't honor the email THEY sent. I responded " but you see on my DL that it is my birthday month, right?" Yes, but still can't honor the email. I said alright. Pls cancel the cake I am supposed to buy then =)

Not sure how their system does it, but I received an email for my once a year freebie, came here, ordered a cake because I didn't want to just get a freebie & not give them any business, but they denied it. False advertising. I never went to this branch ever again. I buy my bundt cake as far as Studio City & I avoid this PCH Torrance branch like the plague.

The place looks spotless inside! My favorite is the white chocolate raspberry bundt, so good.

Hopefully corporate reads this. I live in Vegas and get Bundt cakes every holiday, on Father’s Day I was in Torrance, Ca. When I went in for a Bundt cake they said they can’t sell anymore because they wanted to have some for the following day. That’s maybe the worst business decision I’ve heard in a while. If you have supplies, sell it. ?‍♂️ if you run out that’s GOOD business… long story short we were refused a cake and ended up at Kings Hawaiian Bakery where I’ll continue to take my business when I’m in town.

Everytime I've come into this shop location, the employees have been rude. :( The cakes are good but overpowered by the bad experience. I don't like to bother people with questions and they seem EXTREMELY bothered. Sorry, hate to write bad reviews but this is the 3rd instance :(

First time I purchase from this franchise and to my surprise the online order I picked up was incorrect on my behalf. I thought I had ordered small cupcakes but instead they were larger cakes. I went back into the store within 2 minutes of leaving that location. One of the women there who helped me had a terrible attitude when I explained the situation. I asked if they had the smaller cupcakes and she explained that they could not issue me a refund. That was not my question, I did not go back into the store for a refund, just to purchase the correct cupcakes. She took my online order to the back angrily. Another woman, I assume the manager, also told me that they did not issue refunds. Again, highly disappointed with the way they treated me since all I wanted was the smaller cakes. I let the second woman know where my mistake was, but I did not petition for a refund nor did I ask for special accommodations for the second purchase. I felt that they both could have handled this situation differently, more amiable and considerate. If the second woman was the manager, she should have approached me and asked me what she could help me with instead of just taking the word of her employee. That biased behavior is inappropriate. At the end of the day, I do not recommend this location due to the staff.

I was trying to place an online order. However, since I was in the area, I walked in myself. Nothing Bundt Cakes is nestled in a corner plaza. small parking area. However, I had no issue. I walked in and immediately received help. I needed more than a few minutes to decide what I was actually going to choose.
Wow, this can be dangerous! they have a Reese's Peanut Butter bunt cake {rolling eyes} I just ordered all 6 that were available. I need someone to help me stop, lol. It is most definitely easy to buy with our eyes. Especially it being Valentine's Day.

Actually, I'm here to get something for my neighbor she has been such a sweetheart, there was a cute 2 pack bundts together, ready for a gift chocolate chip, and lemon was in that there are several flavors for every palette you can not go wrong.!

One thing I I ordered 3 RCP Assorted Buntinis at $88.00 those specifically with the stakes displaying true love, hug me, and whatnot with Maya specifically So after I got home, I realized they did not have them. So since I did not get to see in the box as everything came back packed.
Next time, I will look inside. Save me the time and any errors occurring. I was not charged for them as they were an add on of 8.00 I was informed after I phoned even tho they were requested.

Great service and food! We love ordering here esp during special events!

Disappointed they won’t let you buy the mini bundt cakes (their version of cupcakes) in any increment other than 12. There are plenty of times I’d like to buy just 1, 2 or 6, but they will only sell you 12 (which is $29). Doesn’t make sense. I rarely need that many.

The hungry veterans that were asking about the food that was delivered for free were told it is not for us. This picture is armed security handing bundles of luxury food to the well paid VA staff that is killing veterans like me while I am on food stamps watching them showered with gifts. Nothing Bunt Cakes obviously has a rich market but should consider the poor who are living off of the crumbs of our heroic VA workers.
