Sushi wasn’t as fresh for the price. Also beer mug is probably the smallest ive been served $8. 2 waitresses seemed like in a rush, maybe staff was short..Not awful but lets just say I will not go back here again

Wonderful food and service in this casual setting. We walked in on a Friday night and got a table right away. They were happy to accommodate my picky guest's modification requests and the food was all fresh and prepared perfectly. Everyone was so nice and there are some rare and hard to find treats on the menu, highly recommended!

Delicious sushi omakase at a reasonable price! The chefs create some interesting bites which make this better than the typical sushi places in LA. I would definitely come back for the omakase and I’m tempted to try their uni-don

Chirashi bowl was filling and very fresh but the uni udon was too rich, almost like drinking heavy cream.

Love the selection of fish

The omakase is amazing. The vibe isn’t all that, but the food certainly is.

Hands down some of the best sashimi we have ever had. Amazing Sake selection too. The owner Mark is a great guy. Ask him how he gets the freshest sashimi & you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!

The fried oysters were not the best. Batter was thick and Oyster were over cooked and dry. Chirashi was just average. There's a bit fishy smell when i walk in.

Nozomi always has the best sushi and cooked dishes. There are private rooms for hosting parties where there is a tatami floor with leg passthrough so you can sit normally without cross legs. Always a favorite for special occasions.

Last minute dinner date and needed to find a Japanese sushi restaurant closeby in Torrance that opened past 8pm and found this place through Google Maps. Called them at lunchtime for a reservation which i got and they said that last food orders was 845pm so that was perfect.

Couldnt get the sushi bar but table seating was perfect and intimate. Our server was friendly and we ordered right away. Prices were a little on the high side but its a date so live a little?

Ordered a couple small appetizers and the Sushi Dinner deluxe for myself and the Sushi Omakase for my date that featured speciality fish of the day (chefs choice). Everything was fresh and high quality, delicious and authentic. Stayed still closing time and didnt feel rushed at all.....Thank you for such a nice memorable dinner for the both of us. ??Would recommend if in the area. 5 stars?

Our favorite spot for omakase. You'll get 10 pieces of sushi, a negi toro roll, and miso soup. Our favorite appetizers are tako wasa and monk fish liver. Chef Yuma is really nice, friendly, and knows what he's doing! Highly recommended!

Paid $$-$$$ for mild food poisoning and tempura fried hairs (2 pcs ) that came with my Tempura Udon / Sushi order. (Avoid either fatty tuna or the spicy scallop). Total bill was $137 for 2 people.
