Pricey for the serving sizes you get. I was not really satisfied with the shaved ice, wasn't flavorful enough to me.Had lots of red bean in it (we got the original), didn't love it much. If you love red bean you'd probably like it a lot.Also ordered the Omiza tea (iced). It's like $7 for a small cup of tea (like a small sized drink) or around there. It was highly flavorful and sour. I think I would've liked it better if I had another cup half filled with water and had it diluted.I really liked the taiyaki though. Good crispiness but also soft and warm. If I ever came back I would just get the taiyaki again.Service was fine, they were all polite and had good customer service.

I went in October. The atmosphere of the store is very nice. It reminded me of a Japanese cafe~☕️ (It's a Korean-run shop) where you can spend a relaxing time. The type of dessert is red bean paste-based, which is exactly what Asians like.?It's a little pricey, but it's OK because it's made with great care. Duckwords? It was very delicious!! ️!! ️I'm glad that the taiyaki is served piping hot and freshly made.

Cute coffee/dessert restaurant that's tucked in a plaza near King Hawaiian. Plenty of parking.Very cozy feeling inside. Excellent friendly customers service.Food/drink ordered:Mini snow strawberry- very lite and flavorful. Refreshing on a hot summer day. Right amount of sweetness.Mini snow green tea with red bean- very lite and flavorful. Refreshing on a hot summer day. Right amount of sweetness.Iced Omiza tea- very flavorful. I was a bit surprised. Might not be everyone's cup of tea :)Iced matcha latte- smooth and flavorful but I've had better elsewhere.Taiyaki- custard- good and fully packed with custard. Went Dec 2022. Really wanted shaved ice before driving down to SD. This place was the only one open. They were no longer taking orders for their special shaved ice for dine in, only the regular ones to go.We got the red bean black sesame and Korean style Basque cheesecake. The red bean was really good and fresh and went well with black sesame! The cheesecake was okay.We ended up sitting outside BC they said we couldn't sit inside, even though there was space and people there? So service was a bit weird. They did say they just oepned. But otherwise I'd definitely come back for that red bean!
