Just here with my friends for the first time! I was so hyped to try their famous pasta with unlimited grated cheese. It was pretty filling and delicious! Until I saw the bill. The little tablet screens with the little kids games COST US 2.99? It didn’t even tell me it costed anything, I would’ve liked a warning before playing. This is crazy, why even have games if it isn’t free?

Food was good. Our server, Luis E, seemed really tired and out of it. Not a good impression on us. We also found one of his hairs in our food. He was also rushing, seemed ready to go home than serve us! Other than that, it was fine. Wish we got served by someone else.

We go because of vic the bartender. He's got the greatest personality. He's very knowledgeable what he does. And I don't even go sit at a table.I go straight to the bar.I consider him a friend. We know each other's family well, at least he knows mine.We know what each other does for a living. We know what each other does on our free time.I go there because it feels like home. Thanks Vic. Went there tonight and had another amazing strawberry Pina Colada and shrimp and chicken Carbonaro was bomb.

Upon arriving parking was not to bad. My family and I found parking near the restaurant entrance
Which was very convenient . Arriving inside was not to pleasant. Walking into the restaurant we were not instantly greeted by either of the young ladies present at the booth talking, as we are at other Olive Garden locations. Once seated our tables smelled as if it was cleaned with a dirty cleaning towel . Which was alittle unsettling. We sat waiting for our waitress so long , we just decided to begin our order on the ordering kiosk. I’m not to sure if our waitress had to cover too many tables , but items that were requested was never brought out to us . For example , our sauce for our pasta meal , our refills to our drinks . Something’s as simple as extra napkins for the table , especially dinning with a toddler . To go boxes were left for us to box our meals , with no to go bag . “ like just take your extra food home , to go .” Again we seen the same to ladies at the booth talking when at that time we asked for a bag . Common courtesy when seeing a family that just dinned at your restaurant holding 3 to go boxes would be to assist with at lease opening the bag to place the items inside . But nope , just handed the bag over and continued on their conversation! I’ve been to numerous Olive Garden locations and by far this has been the absolute worst experience. Very disappointing service and very frustrating to have been unable to enjoy time out with my family .

This review is for a take out order! First time trying this location, the pasta was good with a lot of meat however it was a bit on the dry side and more sauce would have been nice! The doughnuts were a great finish!

I was told Torrance location is better than the others due to them not watering down their recipes.
It held true.
Soups are thicker and more flavorful.
I try the steak Gorgonzola pasta dish when I go to other locations & Torrance blew the rest out of the water.
Service was amazing.
The manager attended us and everything was on point.
Just want to say, if you love Olive Garden, try this location.

Food has gone down hill. This is 1 of Our Family's Favorite places BUUUUT. The hasn't been good after the fact. We get home within a few hours & half of us are sick....

Our waiter Trevor did an outstanding job. Normally we can count on food consistency, but last night was unusual. The spaghetti and meat sauce was greasy and tasted burnt. The chicken scampi had no garlic flavor. The chicken Parmesan was as good as usual. Hopefully this loss of quality was just one off night out of many excellent dining experiences.

My visit at the Torrance branch on June 19 fell short of expectations. I treated my daughter to Olive Garden on her birthday, but the sauce from the shrimp scampi I had wasn’t flavorful as usual, and my daughter’s lasagna was mushy and not the same texture on this occasion as opposed to the way it has been made flavorfully in the past, being that it is her favorite dish. Our server Mariann was cordial. It was very busy, being that it was a holiday, and we didn’t get a chance to address our concerns with a staff member that day.
