Most staff provides good service, not all. There are some staff that have a snotty attitudes, managers that pick and choose who they want to check on, whis worth thier time. Frankie is the best, she treats you like a guest in her own home, she is kind, wonderful, helpful and generous with everyone she serves. Sylvester is one of the managers who interacts with all guests making sure they all are having a great dining experience. Lonnie is also a great server. I request her when Fankie isn't available.

Honestly one of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had. I came in yesterday for a simple to-go order and the host, Esme, was just straight-up rude and unprofessional. She looked annoyed from the moment I walked in, took forever to bring out the order, and when she finally did, it was missing items. No explanation, no apology—just attitude. It really shouldn’t be that hard to handle a pickup order. Total mess.

This skinny girl working at the host with black hair saw me standing there for 10 minutes and didn’t offer to seat us. We called her over and I know she heard us but she proceeded to ignore us. I’ve been here several times and never had this issue but because of her I won’t be coming back. I know she heard me too. We walked to lazy dog instead because I was disgusted by the way she overlooked us.
