I’m writing this because the manager at the Del Amo location - Eddie went out of his way to accommodate our catering order even though it was on short notice. He really went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs (there were many!) were met. This kind of service is truly exceptional and I’m very grateful to Eddie for making this so easy.

The service was ok, food was often either over cooked or not completely unthawed, or it would seem. Not the same experience it was 10 years ago. Friday night place was mostly empty, and I think it was for the reason that the food quality and service has lost its shine. Probably my last pf chang experience after going here since the early 2000s when this was the hotest asian fusion place in the country

I went to my favorite restaurant with my family for dinner and was throughly disappointed. I ordered my favorites the pork dumplings and they arrived burnt and stuck to the pan. My entree Mongolian beef comes out next dry with minimal flavor. I ask for more sauce. 10 minutes after the entree and my appetizer comes back. I bite into the dumpling and there is a small ball of filling to 90% dough. I send them back. The manager comes over and I inquiry about the filling. He states they are no longer made in house but at the factory and arrive pre-filled. Even the Martini glasses are much smaller. Very disappointed and underwhelming experience for a meal that cost a little over $100.

Four stars because they ran out of certain ingredients for Ramon noodles, so I couldn’t order what I really wanted. But the waiter was very nice and suggested something similar.

This PF Chang's location in the mall is a great place to refuel for some shopping or a movie. The service here is very good and there are a ton of choices on the menu.. starting with the chicken lettuce wraps these are always a favorite as they have great flavor. The Mongolian beef and sesame chicken were both right on point.. the beef nice and tender, not too salty.. and the chicken lightly breaded and crisp with a rich smoky sauce.. all of your favorites are here. The location is the far east end of the mall so it is right near the east lot and parking structure so it is very easy to get here even if you don't have other business at the mall. Everything very very clean, super fresh and tasty.. overall a really nice dining experience at PF Chang's Torrance location.
We had a great time and experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Can't wait to go back.

This was horrible. Not only was curbside 15 minutes late after we arrived, the food was horrible. Chicken fried rice, honey chicken, teriyaki, orange...yuck...so done never ever going back. I don't know what I was thinking ordering there.
