Broccoli in one of our dishes was old(yellow in color and not green) and tasted bad. We mentioned it and showed it to our waitress. She said that she would mention it to the cook. The decor was a bit too dark, it needs livelier colors.

From a food quality perspective this place is nowhere near what it used to be. Only slightly higher than Panda Express at this point. Service was also painfully slow, and we felt ignored after it was delivered to our table.

Excellent service but the experience and service has finished , starting for the horses at the entrance . They are supposed to be iconic sculptures , Now it is a standard horse statue . The Mongolian beef and fried rice where mediocre at the best

The food was delicious, and the server was nice and kept our drinks filled. It was a little empty, but our food came out quickly, though! Satisfied customer. 😊

Food was late (pickup) despite choosing a further out time than 'ASAP' and the staff repeatedly asked my name and what I was waiting for. Food was not piping hot when it finally came out so clearly some stuff sat while they finished other parts... Or it all just sat.
Outside of that, food is average and what you'd expect from a chain but for the price.... Portions were far smaller than your local Chinese restaurant spot that charges roughly the same.
Considering the delay in getting the food, I would have been better off ordering from a local spot since in the end our food didn't come faster which was 75% the reason for ordering here

Found a hair in our food, drink was made with low grade liquor, falsely advertising, tofu was soggy, egg drop soup tasted like it had blood spots in them very metal like tasting, servers & manager disconnect & not attentive
