Haven’t been here in a long time. Very disappointing. The 13$ lunch special sounded like a steal. But 0 effort went into it. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp which I had before. It tasted more like orange shrimp & even though the shrimp inside were quality the coating seemed like they make a batch for lunch & just reheat it. It didn’t taste freshly made beyond mediocre. Worse than Panda Express. The carrots were cold. & Brussels sprouts spicy after I specifically mentioned I can’t eat spicy. The hand folded crab wonton were good & the salad was descent. But even though the prices were a steal you can’t pay me to come back & eat here.It’s sad what happened here. They take the regular clientele for granted & make no attempt in attracting new one.

Wow has this place fallen. I've managed food operations for 25 years and always held of Chang's in high regard. I haven't been in a while and wow the shrimp dumplings now has less than an eights of shrimp it use to. Ordered the dinner portion of Mongolian beef and got 3-4 oz of beef compared to a whole plate loaded around 10-12 oz. One of my favorites now reduced to never going back again. Whoever is making decisions needs to be fired. I would never allow these type of changes to happen.

I reserved a farewell dinner party for 16 on the patio! The food, service, attitude from all the staff was very organized, professional and friendly! They really made us feel welcome and were eager to answer any questions or concerns! J.J. the Manager was very nice and helpful in helping me coordinate the dinner! Everyone enjoyed the food leaving their plates empty…lolGo see for yourselves at P.F. Chang’s in Torrance, right outside the Del Amo shopping center! Parking is free! Tell them I sent you! lol….?. You won’t regret it!!Parking: Parking is free on the lot or parking structure!

The food is good but the bar is greasy and would benefit from a deep clean/degrease. Every time I visit each surface looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time.

I have, in the past 30 days, visited Torrance location 4 times. Twice for lunch, once for dinner and once to go order. Each time food was hot, tasty and quick. Last Saturday I showed up for a quick lunch after a funeral. I happened to mention I was a bit woozy and tea, soup, lunch came out rapidlyI got checked on periodically. Thank you for taking care of me. I like the veggies now served with the entree; it's a more complete meal. Thank you to J.J and team members Sandra and Debra. All 3 have made my visits wonderful. They are the reason I keep going back; and the food.
