Great place to study. Love the soup choices and bakery treats. Great place to eat and study anytime it’s open. Big table spaces usually plenty of tables and connections for computers.

The bathrooms are always dirty stinky I just can't get over that The food I paid $30 for half a sandwich and a salad and a drink It was the new sewage chicken salad sandwich or something like that It was so dry Your price range is crazy man for your food and then the coupons you get a dollar off I spend $100 weekly and I'm lucky to get a dollar Lucky your food ain't all that for the price $30 and that's not even a dessert or a drink that's cray cray

This is my go to chill place. You don’t come here for the food, you come for the coffee on cold days, and for the lemonades on hot days, I have been coming for about three years now the South Bay one is my favorite because it is the closest to home, but I also like the one over by the South Torrance location, when I’m down in that area, but they really don’t have the same ambience, probably because of the different kinds of stores surrounding it, and not enough places to plug in computers, so that one I’m usually just in and out of. On the way to school, I like the drive-through on El Segundo Blvd.. a little west of Aviation. My other little chill spot, when I’m taking classes is the one on Sepulveda in Westchester, next to the Trader Joe’s I pop in and get it to go coffee in the morning before class, and then when class is over, I like to take a break and stop by Trader Joe’s to grab something to take home with me And chill out for a while @ this Panera!

One thing about the Redondo Beach location, they never have decaf ready you always have to ask. And don’t most people like decaf in the late afternoon so they can sleep at night? I guess people don’t want them them to make a whole pot of decaf just for them , but if you ask them, they will do it. They say it’s so they can keep it fresh, but it’s still fresh even if it’s sitting there for four hours in those containers it still taste great, so maybe you’ll put a little 2 ounces of hot water to make it not strong tasting, but it’s still decaf!

this particular spot is busy, the portions are bot worth the money. you will leave this place hungry.
the busyness make the staff rather less friendly and welcoming.
go somewhere else.

Of the hot sandwiches, I ordered the chicken sandwich and less than 3 minutes later I had food poisoning. Stitches in the stomach and terrible cramps. Never again chicken

Things were fine up until the manager chastised me for asking for a cup at the register, with Sip Club benefits.

The employee saw my order (from the kiosk opposite the register) and happily handed me a cup. But the manager then stormed over and actually claimed I was stealing. Only when I showed him the order did he then reinvent his audible/broadcasted slander, saying that too isn't allowed.

I then recited the kiosk instructions after putting an order in, to which he said that isn't how it is done at his store. Without giving me a chance to reply, he stormed off.

I get that some franchises hate Sip Club. But this was rude. I shouldn’t have to wait five minutes to get my Sip Club honored, which I presume is due to high theft rates at his store.

Management at this franchise should honor Sip Club grab and go, and leave their fighting to corporate.

I ate here a week ago and their ice machine was broken. Now, one week later it is still broken. How hard can it be to fix??? Or at least provide ice in a bucket or something?
