Update Review: 03-10-2024I just don't understand why people write bad reviews on business's that then the complain " food is bad " Poor services " the place was dirty....really? At no time did I found this place to be bad what so ever, in fact, the staff is doing amazing job and keeping there customers happy and walking around and asking do you need anything.All the employees including the cooks, you're doing amazing job and thank you preparing our lunch today. Worst Panera I've ever been too. Almost every table in the main section was dirty and several had dishes that sat untouched for over 30 minutes. The bathroom was dirty. The bread had almost no flavor. One of the sandwiches we got had a hair that was over a foot long in it. I could understand a little more if they were busy but there was plenty of staff just standing around near the registers.

Great experience due to the kind sweet woman at the cash register, named Abby. She made me feel at home at Panera will definately be returning. The lemonade was delectable and the bread was perfectly crispy. I also loved the broccoli mac and cheese. Will definately be getting a desert from the wonderful selection of pastries.

Love the bread bowl soups. Friendly and speedy service.
I received a Panera gift card, so I decided to check it out. I ordered bakery goods to go: chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and a cinnamon roll. They were really fresh and delicious! I also ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and a large coffee. Their coffee is smooth and not bitter at all. (I drink my coffee black.) The breakfast sandwich was made fresh and had tons of flavor. Really good with coffee! The employees were very friendly. I like that they greeted me with a smile. I would definitely like to order again.
The team lead today made remarks about body that was clearly not his body type (nor do I want to stand there and hear him), to mock me. He also never checks my account for coffee which he may think was a favor but I lose out rewards. Also I am a cancer survivor I find his behavior today repulsive and ugly. The chances of getting cancer is one in three to one in two these days, what an intelligent move to take out whatever issues he has one a customer that suffers health issues. Freaking inappropriate.

VERY disappointed. My first & last visit to Panera. Over $14 for a cold ham sand. I've had better sandwiches with more meat in them from gas stations & 7-11's. those at least had some cheese but Panera did not. Bread not that good

There were several tables with one guest, using wifi, that seat 4 people and nowhere for a family of 3 to sit. Management should probably pay attention to this.
