I walked in at 5:30am when they open. I wouldn’t expect anyone to be pleasant at that time, I know I’m not! But the gentleman who was putting out tables and chairs smiled at me, welcomed me in, addressed me by my name multiple times and wished me a great day… I was blown away! Not to mention the golden late was just the cherry on top of my early morning work day. Wow, thank you!

My coworkers and I got Peet's this morning and it was amazing! It was actually my first time trying Peet's. I got the iced matcha latte. It was sweetened perfectly and had a nice, strong matcha taste to it. The foam on top of the latte made it so much more delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

I visited this location several times each time it was worse than the last. This recent visit saw me waiting 30 minutes because the staff FORGOT my order. I definitely should not have tipped before. The service was rendered . It is not an incentive at this location to do what is right and just for a paying customer simply put don't go to this location it's not worth your time.

This place has been around for awhile. A friend and I decided to stop in for a coffee after going to the gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cases were filled with a wide variety of yummy looking selections. The cleanliness of the place was another matter. The dining room floor was littered with crumbs and napkin residue. Wondered how often the floor was swept! The bathrooms were another matter. Don't get me started! I don't believe I will be returning to this coffee shop anytime soon!

Environment is nicer and spacious compared to Starbucks. Drinks are mid, but still better than Starbucks. Some staff are friendly, some roll their eyes. Music is too loud when you’re trying to talk with a friend amongst all the noise. Overall alright, better than Starbucks any day. Just make some slight changes and it’s golden!

Love Peets. Try a Peets latte then a Starbucks - you won't go back to Starbucks. That being said, this has always been a friendly, good Peets. One wish is that they would wipe their tables down every now and again. It gets kinda nasty sometimes. I also wish they had longer hours. This is my neighborhood local place.

Love the newly remodeled store and the great drinks. The former manager was wildly wonderfully friendly and we always felt like we were visiting "back home" when we came in. This team is not rude but definitely not the same warm and friendly vibes from the past few years. This location has great easy parking including handicap spots nearby. It's next to Whole Foods and near a Trader Joe's and a couple banks, so it makes for easy multitasking.

The guy was having a long conversation with someone working there and another person that wasn’t even waiting on an order. They were just chit chatting having me wait 15 minutes for two lattes. SMH. I was annoyed. The guy could’ve at least kept working on the drink while conversating.

I did an online order that charged me 5.70 which is great because I can just pick up my order and not rush. But apparently they took my credit card info and manually typed it in so they could give themselves a nice payment? I had to dispute it with my bank and luckily they refunded me, but this made me pretty upset.

The worst customer service. It's not just a one time experience. It's now the 3rd time I get an attitude or feel like I'm inconveniencing a barista with either a coffee related question or really Just being there when they're busy. Today was it. I will not be returning. There were 4 people waiting to be helped and one of the girl's decided to fill a coffee canteen instead of helping us. When the customer behind me asked if someone could help us, she yelled" we're all busy doing something, we'll be with you once we're done" i walked out. I will not give my money to a company who allows this kind of behavior. I don't have a problem making my own coffee, I do, but once in a while i like to give myself a treat and it will definitely not be here.
