This place makes the absolute best Vietnamese iced coffee. It is definitely worth the price. The boba was perfect, sweetness was perfect, strength of brew was perfect. Staff was friendly, drink was excellent.

I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for, the friendly crew member suggested the Matcha Royal. So good! The quality of their teas is evident and their menu is full of delicious options. This is the perfect place to satisfy your thirst!

Percolate is delectable!! I’ve had various of their matcha series, the pistachio matcha, black sesame matcha, matcha royale, and they’re all really distinct and unique in their flavor. I’ve had their mango smoothie with boba as well and I’d have to say it ranks pretty high. Their matcha series is definitely interesting, I’d say it’s an acquired taste.
