Philz Coffee

The service was very slow. I placed a mobile pickup order, and the app indicated it was ready, instructing me to check in with Maggie. However, Maggie wasn’t preparing my order—it was someone else. Either the app is malfunctioning or there’s a miscommunication, as it showed my order as “ready” when it actually wasn’t. It took an additional 15 minutes after that notification to receive my order, making the total wait time 30 minutes for a small cup of coffee.

Service was decent but somewhat underwhelming and half-baked. Good atmosphere but on top of all that the Philtered Soul is probably the best coffee Ive ever had. Get it the House way. Made my morning =)

Wow the worst customer service I have ever seen. The line is out the door and the cashier is too busy chit chatting to help customers.

Came here around noon during lunchtime ours on a Friday & it was packed! t's probably because it's by the mall, which makes sense.

And the taste well I give it a 5/10
Tbh it didn't have a lot of flavor the size wasn't to big but was enough to get me full.

For sure, their coffee is super good!

Having a day out and about, trying to get used to wheelchair life. Shop was accessible and fun. Staff was not only friendly, but they bent over backwards to make my service easy and that my order was not only correct, but adjusted to my taste. Spectacular drink, too. Can't say enough good things.

I used to work at a Philz in San Francisco, and I enjoy visiting fills as often as I can when I am in the SF or LA area. This location was very helpful and had great service that was fairly quick. The items that took a little bit longer than expected was the breakfast food items, but overall service was excellent per usual. Thank you, Philz Phamily!

Very friendly and good service

There's been only a few times in my life where I haven't been able to drink a cup of coffee, unfortunately this was one of them. Ordered a hot Philtered Soul, and it took close to 10 minutes to make. The result? Extremely bitter, over extracted, astringent coffee. It was totally undrinkable and after taking a few sips I had to throw it away.Even gave my wife a bit for her to try, in case it was just me, but she had the exact same thoughts.Service is also very... Interesting. The person that made the coffee hands me the cup with piping hot coffee and asks if I want a double cup since the coffee is extremely hot, I say it should be ok (I can withstand it and save the planet one cup of coffee) but then she says I must try it and give her feedback before she hands me a lid...Did you just suggest I should try this boiling hot coffee immediately for me to get a lid, when even you just said I might need a double cup?Overall it was a bad experience and it's sad we can't still get a good cup of coffee anywhere in Del Amo.The store itself is well designed, plenty of seating space, restrooms and chargers on every table or near.
