Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

Overall it's very good quick Chinese food. I thought the sauce on the Orange Chicken was a little heavy, same with the sauce on the Chow Mein, a little heavy. The flavor was great, portion size was good. The temperature of the dish was awesome, like right off the grill, spice was just right. Several flavors to try, I will be back soon.

Cashier was unpleasant and just looked at me when I approached to order. I had to greet her because she didn’t even ask how can I help you?? SMH bad customer serviceWhen I was done ordering she just handed me the receipt and looked away. Horrible attitude.

Please don't eat here if you are expecting fresh food and decent service. My date and waited over 45 minutes for soggy food that tasted like plastic because it was microwaved in the containers and overcooked lumps of rice. The noodles were rubbery and congealed and looked and tasted like it was sitting in a fridge for two days and the won tons were slightly burned. I have tried the food at the San Pedro location and the food was good and fresh so I was really unpleasantly surprised at the lack of quality and the long wait for the food we ordered. I felt bad for my date because he spent over $50 for the food only to wind up with a lot of leftovers going into the trash. 1 star because their never selection was decent. 5/24My date got sick with diarrhea and stomach cramps in the morning after he ate the leftovers he took home from the restaurant for breakfast. I'll definitely not be returning to this location and warning friends not to order from this place. Awful!

My husband and I recently ate lunch at Pick Up Stix. I had the House Special Chicken, and my husband had the teriyakichicken with vegetables. Both were delicious. The food is made fresh there so it doesn't sit in a warming table. The customer service was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a little noisy inside because of the food preparation, but it's not too bad. We really enjoy eating at Pick Up Stix.

First time trying it out and my last , food has to much sugar too sweet .. rice is ok , noodles were plain with no flavor. Basically I threw away more than half my plate.. thats how bad it

We had a fantastic experience at Pick Up Stix! We sure miss it! Pick Up Stix are no longer in Arizona so Everytime we go to California, we NEVER miss one of our long lost favorites! You cannot beat all their fine Wok’d dishes, but the House Special, is REALLY THAT type of SPECIAL! Keep up the fantastic Wok, we’ll be seeing you again soon!

This place is always on point and their prices have remained reasonable compared to all of the rampant inflation pricing going around.The manager here is always extra friendly and I think she trained her people very well to think of customer service as a priority.
