Please don't eat here if you are expecting fresh food and decent service. My date and waited over 45 minutes for soggy food that tasted like plastic because it was microwaved in the containers and overcooked lumps of rice. The noodles were rubbery and congealed and looked and tasted like it was sitting in a fridge for two days and the won tons were slightly burned. I have tried the food at the San Pedro location and the food was good and fresh so I was really unpleasantly surprised at the lack of quality and the long wait for the food we ordered. I felt bad for my date because he spent over $50 for the food only to wind up with a lot of leftovers going into the trash. 1 star because their never selection was decent. 5/24My date got sick with diarrhea and stomach cramps in the morning after he ate the leftovers he took home from the restaurant for breakfast. I'll definitely not be returning to this location and warning friends not to order from this place. Awful!

My family and I eat at Pick Up Stix at the Torrance location very often. We always have a very good experience. The restaurant is clean and the food is amazing, which is important. If you need them to adjust the seasoning for your food, they are happy to do so for you. The food is always freshly cooked. Cristian, is always so nice and accommodating, they have a good staff working there.

I've always enjoyed the fresh made to order food from Pick Up Stix but on 01/30/2024, I was so disappointed with my food! I ordered house chicken and brown rice. The chicken had no flavor, it didn't taste like chicken, it tasted old and the rice was old, hard and dried out! I couldn't even eat my food, that's how horrible it was! On a side note, it would be nice if some type of vegetables were included in the meal instead of having to order them as a side item. Normally I would rate 5 stars but today my experience with the food is one star. I wasted my money today!

My husband and I recently ate lunch at Pick Up Stix. I had the House Special Chicken, and my husband had the teriyakichicken with vegetables. Both were delicious. The food is made fresh there so it doesn't sit in a warming table. The customer service was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a little noisy inside because of the food preparation, but it's not too bad. We really enjoy eating at Pick Up Stix.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to move around in my wheelchair easily.

I just ordered from this place through doordash and it was horrendous. We ordered the kung pao chicken and wontons and everyone spit it out immediately upon chewing it. The meat tasted like it was no good or the dish was cooked in old oil or something. I've eaten some bad food before, but it's not often that my body, literally, rejects the food immediately upon entering my mouth. Like, the minute I stayed chewing it I spit it back out. Do you know how bad food has to be for that to happen?! What a waste of time and money. Do not, under any condition, order from this place. Unless, of course, stomach illness is your thing... then order away.
